Creative Cloud applications download error.
I had tried all the possible solution to this problem. Before I had this error on downloading, I got the blue without end spindle I tried the following: deleted AAMUpdater and renamed folders as well as them, OOBE reinstall creative cloud and signed as a different user and used Creative Cloud cleaning tool to remove completely all Adobe programs on my computer and reinstalled creative cloud. None of the solutions I found worked for me.

Tried to repair / reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package (x 64) 2012?
If not, try following the steps below:
Leave the creative Cloud desktop application.
Go to Control Panel > program and features.
Under the list of programs, look for " 2012 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package (x 64)" and uninstall the same.
When you are prompted to " reboot" the computer.
Then uninstall " package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 64).
Once you had uninstalled package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 64). Click on the link below and "vcredist_x64.exe" download and install the same.
Then launch application creative cloud and try to reinstall Flash Professional and check.

I went to the info on my "Adobe" folder in the "Applications" folder my
hard drive and found that my 'sharing and permissions"on the"admin ".
option is read only.
I unlocked the Adobe folder and changed my admin privileges to read and

1 first, I got the items PS 14 and 14 first installed on my computer. I installed the creative cloud with the Ps and Lr to try with trial. I've had internet problems and had to recover the system in the first part of Jan2016. I then had to reinstall the trial version of ch & Lr with creative cloud. This is when my problems began with the installation of creative cloud. I tried all the solutions I could tell with my installation problems, and nothing worked. I'm still in evaluation mode and am seriously thinking about buying the Ps and Lr combo for creative cloud, but would like to finish my first trial.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have a PC with Windows 7 have.
I downloaded creative cloud on my work computer. I have installed in my laptop at home. So I know that I have not reached my limits of installation.
He moved very well. (I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice.) I downloaded the file installation twice and because of the facilities and relocation with the different downloads.
When I open the app tab, I don't see even the apps. It gives me a white screen that says (in Spanish) "download error. Download error. Press refresh or contact customer support. "It does not give me an error either code. Just that. I can't change the language of the Spanish in the settings or the other.
I can't even download trial versions of anything because the apps tab does not load.
The Home tab is empty as well. He told me my "original source" or something is empty. Then it gives me two buttons. It says "Install Adobe apps" and sent it to me in the applications tab (which does nothing). The other speaks of something Behance, that I'm not interested.
In other words, I can't even download my free trials. My creative cloud is 100% useless.
Help, please.

Creative Cloud Desktop App error
When I try to download applications with the creative desktop application cloud I get an error and it asks me to reload applications, I reinstalled the app creative cloud a couple of times but I it get the same error. No idea on how to solve this problem. All this is in a MAC, so I m using Yosemite.

Steps to find the files AAMUPdater and OOBE:
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder and select "Go - To Folder: option."
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (" Do not miss ~ symbol " "")~/Library
It will open the user's library folder.
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Inside the Adobe folder, you can locate the files AAMUpdater and OOBE .

Error 1002 when installing the desktop creative cloud application
I too am a very frustrated Adobe user. I use a Macbook Pro with 10.10.5 as the operating system.
My problem is the same that many other people, I am unable to upgrade Creative Cloud Desktop to the 3.8.0310 version and still get error 1002 to the 2% mark. I have tried virtually all the "stuff" in the book, those recommended by Adobe and those blogs, and nothing works. I have even directly connected to my internet provider, without going through my wi - fi modem and using their connection broadband.
Up to what Adobe ceased to provide Direct download links, I was able to update my software. My problem has always been that Creative Cloud Desktop will put not to date to the next version, and what happened on my first Mac as well. If Adobe wants to stop direct links, so why can he not at least make sure that the application works 100% of the time for 100% of its loyal customers. You are deflected us Adobe with your policies, especially now that many people use other software that may not be as powerful as Adobe programs, but at least they are reliable.

I would recommend that you run the utility for uninstalling desktop available creative cloud application during the uninstall of the desktop Adobe Creative cloud application , and then try to reinstall the updated version.
