  I first downloaded it a few weeks ago and got to Photoshop and Illustrator without problem in my Windows PC.   Bought a new computer laptop and tried several times to install the soft CC in order to install and use my CC account and install PS, ID, LR etc.

  It does not give me a real error, Setup starts very well and then 4 seconds it stops and disappears without any error.  I went online and followed most of the troubleshooting tips as turning off my firewall and anti-virus, rebooted, signed in and out and nothing works.  Tried 10 times and frustrated.  I have cleaned the registry with utility program and can not think what to try.  All other computers work fine with CC 2015.  I've never had this problem before.  Someone help with the problem of thi.s?  All the evil always seems to occur the weekend without tech support
