New creative cloud Panel does not appear.
My application manager has updated all programs for versions CC but the cloud creative Panel it self does not update to appear. If I go into the settings, it says that version is 1.0.500.16 x 64. If I push the button "Check for Updates" on windows settings, it says that no updates available. If I go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud?cc_source=files_sidebar_promo and press "Download" button it starts only former application manager that brings only application list that is of course to date.
What past all alone in my laptop. Earlier, when I've updated my desktop computer, everything is going very well and CC properly installed Panel. After screenshots explain problem visually.
According to the screenshot, I'm asuming you are using the Windows operating system.
Please, perform the following steps:
WIN 7 and 8 (64-bit):
- OOBE and rename OOBE_old located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
- Restart the browser
- Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
- Connect using Adobe ID and password and download the desktop CC application.
WIN 7 and 8 (32-bit):
- OOBE and rename OOBE_old located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
- Restart the browser
- Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
- Connect using Adobe ID and password and download the desktop CC application.

Creative cloud apps is TOTALLY NO MONTRANT at ALL, he has only the HOME COMMUNITY, ASSETS,
and I tried to do things other people have done (gosh, a lot of people have this problem and Adobe SERIOUSLY needs to find a way to solve this problem)
I went to administrator/Appdata/Local/Adobe and I can find the files: (AAMUpdater), (Acrobat), (CameraRaw), (color), (InDesign), (Lightroom) and (OOBE).
First I tried to change the OPM.db to OPM.db.old, and nothing happened.
I wanted to change from false to true in the xml file in the Configs folder, but I couldn't find any Configs folder in OOBE folder.
What should I do? I spend so many hours on this problem and I can't totally NOTHING!
Please give me a solution T_T
BTW, I use Windows 10
I had a similar problem on my Mac right after that the app Creatvice cloud, automatically updated itself. I solved the problem by uninstalling the application using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool. Then I downloaded a new installer and reinstalled the creative application of cloud. It works perfectly now.

New creative cloud office does not
I use a macbook pro and have OSX 10.8.4. When you check the Apps window on the drop all I get is a cone of loading, and it keeps just turns and turns forever... My internet is fine, all my programs work very well, I'm not sure how I know if there is an update and why this is happening?

Follow the procedure below:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application
Temporarily disable the firewall.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Can't delete? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud trees.
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then navigate to Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Then, download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.

The Creative cloud only window the list programs that the system is able to run. If some are missing, this may mean that the system does not meet the minimum requirements to run the applications.

I downloaded TB 38, which incorporated the lightning. I want to connect Google Calendar, but say instructions select Lightning tab in Options and then file, add the new calendar. Lightning does not appear in the Options window. I have restarted Thunderbird since upgrading several times, but still no option of lightning.
You do not connect a calendar in Google Calendar. You create a new calendar. In doing so, you select the option "on the network" and then follow the advice given by Matt to enter the address of your Google Calendar.
At first glance it seemed to be disappointing and awkward. I had a lot of things implemented in the 'House' calendar, and given that it was not in the new calendar connected to the network, none of my existing stuff would be automatically shared.
At the time, I started to use it, there is no obvious way to move items from one calendar to the other. One method would be to export an event to an ics file and then import it into the new calendar. I think now that if you open an event for editing, you have an option to select the schedule to record it again to.

Just for confirmation, enable the account of Root user and you connect to same and try to launch Adobe Creative Cloud application and check. We can turn off later.
Let us know if you are able to launch the app or not.

How to connect as root
- If you are connected, choose quit from the Apple menu.
- If you connect from a list of names of users with pictures, click on the other.
- In the name field, type: root
- In the password field, type the password that you set when you configure the root user account.
Once you connect to the Root account try to launch creative cloud application and check.

Notes Panel does not appear on the version Photoshop CC 2015.0.1
I have tried a PSD template with a few notes to the markup and noticed that even after the selection of the Notes in the drop-down window of the control panel appears simply not. I tried to close any Panel and isolate the Notes Panel but still nothing. I am able to select the Notes tool from the tool Panel, but cannot type a note because the Panel does not appear.
Does anyone else know this? Thanks in advance for all solutions.

If anyone else has this problem, try the following.
1 disconnect from creative cloud.
2. close all applications from creative cloud of the Task Manager.
3. delete all the files in the following folders
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\SLStore
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\SLCache
4 start creative cloud and connect.
