Creative cloud blend in with multiple accounts to identify you. Seems to be a problem with Creative yet?
Trying to connect with my creative suite for all products, but after a while keeps back to single license and saying: I do not have other applications installed.
I have a single license for a single application and also the full range. What is the problem here? Its never happened before.

You can not merge or delete an account, including an account Adobe Volume Licensing (AVL), on your own. Contact us to submit your application. Be prepared with your Adobe ID or ID if you have multiple accounts.
I don't know if that changes for this version. I'm guessing not.

Licensing rules for multiple accounts of users of the clouds
Hello
Can someone clarify the decision around cloud licenses and multiple user accounts.
If I have a mac in my studio with 2 x user accounts (one for A shift, a passage B for example), can I use a license only cloud for the two user accounts, because there is no way the two user accounts can be active at the same time.

Hi Jonny,
Yes you can use it in the profile of another user on the same computer. The scenario that you said is valid and you can use it without any problem.

I have an account I can not connect to after my daughter it has disconnected. I tried to reset the password, but I get an email on my account to other girls: S (same email)
I guess I have 3 accounts with the same email, but only the latter can created recover!
Not even my main Skype has a chanceI'm not 100% sure but it is most likely that I used the same email to whoever I have to reset - what can I do?
In fact, this morning I managed to log on to the account of an iPad without frills but the pc refuses to sign ^ ^ ^? "Skype cannot connect" - what is happening?
I also discovered that I could connect via a browser, but not via the Skype program... So I uninstalled and installed again and it's working now...

I see that you have an adobe account with the same email with forums, however, I don't see no subscription under this account.
If you can't change the email during indexing, see the steps below:
The OOBE and rename it OOBE.old and then try to connect with the correct ID:
Location: -.
Windows C: \ directory users\ user account-App data-local-adobe \oobe
MAC: Go / go to the folder / Application support / Adobe / oobe

You can install creative Cloud applications on up to two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or everyone.
If you install on a third computer, you will be asked to turn off this feature on the other two computers. You can then re-enable one of the two previous computers and use Cloud Creative apps on it.
