Creative cloud cancellation, Adobe still takes money from my bank account
Even though I cancelled the student creative cloud, Adobe still takes money from my bank account even if I can't use the software. In addition, I m not able to communicate with their support, because there is no email address and the cat is open, when I'm at work. I hope that someone of the adobe people who read and they send me my money!

I just encountered this problem from my bank account of Commonwealth, found that my funds deducted $1 by iTunes. As far as I remember that I have not made any purchase or a payment account iTunes. But based on the amount, it is likely to be a temporary store maintain charge (you add/change payment on your account details?), which the issuer of your card should automatically delete in a few days or more: on the payment card's authorization in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Guys please help me because I think that its just ridiculous what im paying for free tests for the moment. To be honest, adobe should know that my subscription is over, so they should stop taking the money on my account. I went to my Bank and they said you need to talk to adobe. I tried to call adobe, but nobody takes over until then, what can I do?

I see that you have Adobe ID under the same email as with forums. After checking reviews, according to me, you had a cloud creative subscription
which is now cancelled and you received as well a credit for the same thing.

Whenever I open a creative cloud application adobe (such as Photoshop, Flash, AfterEffects etc.) it takes so long to open, and then after a few seconds, it freezes and I have to close the application ("force quit"). What happens here? Thank you
If it's all programs of cc,
Uninstall (properly using the uninstall programs) all cc
clean through the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
Restart your computer
Reinstall the cc desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use the app to install your programs of cc.

I have already download Lightroom CC compared to the creative clouds of Adobe, and I also paid my creadit card money. But I do not have any email on my serial number
Creative cloud do not need a serial number. It will use your Adobe ID on which you bought the creative cloud composition.
If you need to sign in with your Adobe ID and password to activate the composition of the cloud.
Disconnect & reconnect the CC desktop application.
In case it is not signing in successfully, please try the following:
I do not know what operating system, you work on so I give you a few steps windows and MAC:
Windows:
In windows 7 go to the following location:
/ Windows/system32/drivers/etc
1. find the file "hosts".
2. open it with Notepad
3. check if you have any input for Adobe
4 remove the entries and try again to launch any product of CC
On Windows XP, go to the following location:
\Windows\system32\drivers\etc
1. find the file "hosts".
2. open it with Notepad
3. check if you have any input for Adobe
4 remove the entries and try again to launch any product of CC
Mac:
1. click on 'Go' and navigate to/private/etc
2. open the 'hosts' file and departure for all entries for Adobe.com
3 remove the entries and save the file

I can't understand how to access the support chat, and my subscription is for one year and was renewed in November.
My billing information are up-to-date, regularly, my credit card gets charged and the Bills on my account are up-to-date as well.
Whenever I try to contact support, it tells me to use the cat from 09:00 to 17:00, but there is no link to start the chat or access.
I would really like to be able to use the products that I pay for.
