  Microsoft took the money from my bank account when I did not buy anything (Yes, they ripped off me). When ordering home earlier this month, I told them don't not to keep my credit card information.  Obvious, they have lied about.  Who can I turn to a refund?  I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

  Uninstall (properly using the uninstall programs) all cc

  Creative cloud do not need a serial number. It will use your Adobe ID on which you bought the creative cloud composition.

  If you need to sign in with your Adobe ID and password to activate the composition of the cloud.

  Disconnect & reconnect the CC desktop application.

  In case it is not signing in successfully, please try the following:
