    Could be a permissions problem. Try to create a new admin-level Mac user account and see if that helps.

    But based on the amount, it is likely to be a temporary store maintain charge (you add/change payment on your account details?), which the issuer of your card should automatically delete in a few days or more: on the payment card's authorization in the iTunes Store - Apple Support

  • Why Adobe takes over your previous CS6 programs when you sign up for creative cloud and never use them, even after you have stopped using the cloud?

    When I signed up for the cloud, I used it for a while.  CS6 programs ran fine, but after I stopped using the cloud, CS6 programs were not usable.  They said they couldn't do anything.  I resigned from clouds and they worked again.  Now, even once, cancelled my subscription of cloud and CS6 does not work yet.  HMMM? !!  Coincidence?  Why Adobe divert my previous version of Creative Suite and make it unusable?  Because they want you on the cloud so that they always get money on your part!  Ridiculous!  It is very clear to me.  Adobe is a thief, twisted, manipulative and downright bad.

    I want to install Firefox on my desktop. When I try to import my favorites from windows XP Internet Explorer 7, I get a message that says Firefox no longer works.     If you have problems with importing IE bookmarks in Firefox, then export favorites in Internet Explorer to a HTML file and import this file in the Firefox Bookmarks Manager.

    Like that you also preserve any sort you did in Internet Explorer with favorites.

    Problem: you try to open a PDF file in the browser. You would expect instead to see the PDF file you see a page (resembling a normal PDF page) - NOT a pop-up message with an OK - but with a message telling you that you must consult the document with Adobe Reader and tell you to download.

    Cause: the message is true. You must use Adobe Reader. You are using a browser that isn't using Adobe Reader.

    Solution: Download the PDF - the one with the funny message - on your desktop. So in fact open in Adobe Reader.

    Note: This is only a solution for both Mac and Windows users.

  • Moved from home office computer. Try to connect to the home network. Working Group changed now it won't let me connect you to Windows. It is the search for field. What can I do now?

    My TI guy told me to do the following...

    go to my computer, and then click Properties. Then go in the name of the computer from a network to a working group. I entered the name of my working group. Then it tells me to restart so I did.

    Now when I try to get into windows that connect, when I enter the username and password he tells me to check and make sure that they are correct and check the field. It does give me an option to choose a domain.

    It's husband's computer and I need to run quickly. Any help would be appreciated.

    When you remove a computer from a domain, and put in a workgroup, you must ensure that you have a local user account with administrative privileges created on the machine before removing the domain.  Maybe the built-in Administrator account will work, but in most domain environments, the default password [White] is replaced by a different password.  Microsoft has an article that deals with this:

    Your technician COMPUTER should have known this would be a problem.  If you are a novice user and you can not access the built-in Administrator account, then your best bet to get must return to the domain and have your guys IT re - join to the domain.  Make sure you have a local user with administrative privileges created before withdrawing again to the field.

    Note that you normally will not have to remove a computer from a domain to make it work in a home-networking environment (working group).  You should be able to connect using the credentials cached [field] and your home network must always be visible to you.
