Creative cloud cannot open a session

I can't log on creative cloud. It has been like this for at least a few weeks now.

I click the icon and it is even impossible to load the window.

When you open the creative cloud, do you see a spinning wheel?

Does not open App | Wheels of progress turn continuously

Is the application creative white cloud?
