Creative cloud doesn't detect server once identification is successful

I bought a subscripotion for Indesign CC, but after that Creative Clioud asks me to connect on my 64-bit Windows 8, it crashes with a message "unable to access servers. I always get the same message, be it office or your home.

My Department has checked that the router (local and business) does not block traffic to the Adobe servers.

Assistance would be much appreciated.

    Please reinstall the creative cloud desktop application and as soon as you install it again, launch any CC application installed and update tab helps. After that you can launch CC Office about it will make you the correct status of applications installed on your machine.

    Has happened since yesterday afternoon despite the site status saying all is well. If you're used to Dropbox, I'm afraid you'll find creative Cloud file sharing quite poor right now.     Identified the cause of the problem. It will be resolved.

    If you check "Remember me" when logging in and close the browser without a signature, the next time you launch the browser you can see the update link at the top of the page and the links to Try (instead of download links) for desktop applications.

    The workaround for now is to sign out and sign back in.

    (1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

    Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application

    (2) delete following folders: ( If you do not see any folder skip this step )

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Creative Cloud files

    C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and OOBE ( App data & Program Data is hidden folder please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista)

    \Adobe\ DONNÉES C:\Program rename SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD

    3 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

    As you mentioned that you cannot uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application, I recommend you use the uninstaller available in what follows to remove it:uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.

    Once uninstalled follow "Solution 2" given in what follows a link and then reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud:error "Unable to install" received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop App.
