Creative cloud installer not initializing not YET.

Now, I know that there were a lot of messages on the installation but once more...

Yesterday, everything was fine. I go back to work this morning, and the CC app does not appear on my menu bar. And the application opens to the top of my applications folder. So I download to reinstall and the installer hangs at the place of initialization.

Summer on tech support who told me to use the CC cleaning tool and the ditch OOBE file. Who has done everything. Installer then seemed to work but crashed when downloading first and Speedgrade. And now the CC Setup program is suspended again.  And I'm stuck without ANY apps without the ability to download one of them. Now, it's two hours of my day's work and only IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH ADOBE.

I had the same problem with CS6 several times on my home editing suite when the MAO has not worked. It is frankly ridiculous that these types of problems are still ongoing.

    I had the problem that my creative cloud did not work properly more and always asked me to connect.     Recently (as I have not used CC for a while) I tried to open and use adobe CC BUT when I open it just a dialog box saying that installation of the program needs to be repaired because something is wrong and it has provided a link to the download page CC to download the installer but after downloading the Setup program nothing happens!

    Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.

    It will start the update process.

    Once finished, he shud launch creative Cloud app.

    Please follow the steps below and check it, if it helps:

    1 - click wheel settings in the upper right of the cloud creative app > Preferences > sign out

    2 force quit Adobe all activity monitor processes / end of task for Adobe on the process from the Task Manager (e.g. cc, Core sync, the broker CC library, Office, Adobe, Adobe CPI, demon Adobe Crash etc..)

    MAC: Right-click on the icon in the Finder and select the 'Go - To' folder option. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol") ~/Library (It will open the folder of the user's library.)

    Then go to the Application Support > Adobe > OOBE folder and folder AAM Updater so trash

    WINDOWS: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and OOBE times

    Please follow the steps mentioned below to delete previous files of the creative cloud and then try to reinstall it.


    Remove the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders.

    Mac OS:

    1. Exit creative Cloud Desktop
    2. Access \User\\Library\Application Support\Adobe *

    And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.

    To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.

    1. Find and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
    2. Download creative-cloud

    It is always recommended to reinstall the Cloud Creative applications after the migration. If please use cleaning tool to remove creative cloud app and reinstall it.

    In this case, please uninstall creative cloud and rename all the files Adobe After taking the backup of your files / plugins.

    Please see the link to rename / remove folders from Adobe After the creation of the back to the top (do not forget: it will remove also all old if installed Adobe applications): Remove already installed the Adobe application files. Mac OS X
