Creative cloud is not updated, just hangs
The update crashes just for hours. What should do? On a new laptop with Windows 8.

I use Mac OS X EL Capitan 10.11.5
I subscribe to creative cloud for photographers.
Everything was going well until I noticed that the ikon creative cloud appear not in my top page wright conner. I tried to update on adobe.com, and I noticed that the window of the creative cloud will disappear during the update. When I checked the process in activity monitor, it will show that it does not, and then it just closes.
I tried to download the new creative application but during installation that it give me error 86 - a different version of the creative cloud is running. Then I tried to uninstall the creative cloud together. It allows me to do, it is said that the other application use it yet. I uninstalled Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, everything I could... Same question.
Then I fallow instruction from the help topics to go to Applications - Adobe installation and noticed that all the things in this folder are seen "Alias" in the types of requests, and I can't do anything.
Now I'm stuck. If I try to load the creative cloud from Applications, it says "Application"Creative cloud is not open more"I can't update, I can't delete it, I have no more than Lightroom or Photoshop...

In this case, please uninstall creative cloud and rename all the files Adobe After taking the backup of your files / plugins.

Follow the procedure below:
1) click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.
2)
Trash Adobe Creative cloud from Applications Eh well.
3)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the option "Go-ToFolder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)

(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
4)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.

My creative cloud is not see the update of Lightroom CC. When I start the program it tells me there's an update. To upgrade to the latest version of Lightroom for use with your creative cloud membership, exit Lightroom, launch the creative cloud application and click the button 'Install' next to Lightroom 5. It doesn't have the button 'Install' next to Lightroom 5. What should I do?
I was able to update once I signed of cloud creative and back as he showed the LightRoom CC with the installation option. I was not seeing this until I disconnected and back in. Thanks for your time to help with my situation.

Why creative Cloud will not update on my laptop?
When I open the creative cloud application, I have an update message is available and have the choice of update or to immediately stop the application. So I choose the update and in the Middle, receive a message from a different version of the creative cloud is running and must be completed to continue. However, it seems according to my icons and the Task Manager, only the installer runs. Yet, when I hit retry, nothing happens, and of course when I close the installer, everything closes. I actually have the CC desktop application installed for a while. Rename the AdobeUpdaterPrefs.dat in AdobeUpdaterPrefsold.dat file from the following location
Window: C:\Users\< user="" name="">\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0
Mac: ~\library\Application Support\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0
Then open the application of CC desktop - try to update
