Office of creative cloud could not update error code 2
I get the screen that says I have an update. When I click Update I get this message...! Creative office of cloud could not update (error code 2). It did for several days. Does anyone else have this problem?

Follow the procedure below:
1) click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.
(Applications > Utiliites)
Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.
2)
Trash Adobe Creative cloud from Applications Eh well.
3)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select the option "Go-ToFolder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)
~/Library
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and trash folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
4)
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '.
/ Library
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and trash folders named AAMUpdater, Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
5)
Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:
Select "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6 ' and then click on"Clean up selected. "
6) click on the link below and download the creative Cloud configuration file and use the same to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

I went to connect to creative cloud and he said there were bug fixes / features in Version 2.6.0.248. When I tried to install, it gave me an error Code: 1001. How can I fix it? CC desktop could not update (error code: 1001)
Mac, OSX on Mac Pro 2013 Yosemite.
I get the above message when I try to install the update, as requested.
I saw that a solution on this forum was to uninstall with the CC Uninstaller.app CC.
I downloaded uninstall CC and it launched.
I get the "Are you sure you want to install...". "and I say Yes.
Then I get "CC Uninstaller wants to make changes. Type your password to allow this. »
(At this point, the activity shows monitor CC Uninstaller does not, which makes sense because it is waiting for the password.)
When I want to go my password CC Uninstaller silently closes unexpectedly and disappears from the screen of the activity.
What now?

I did a Google search on 'creative Office Cloud impossible to update' and found this link:
