Creative cloud Packer won't launch

I get the message 'Something Opps wrong, try again later' and yes I deleted the files in the Application Support folder and I am an administrator.

Any suggestions?

Hi Michael,

Please delete opm.db at the bottom of the location and launch creative cloud packer. It should work fine, however if you are behind a managed network, please open ports and links Adobe mentioned in the link below to access creative cloud package.

Creative cloud Packer launch problem - oops something went wrong, please try again

I have set up a virtual machine running on Windows Server 2012R2. I used to be able to launch the creative cloud packer but all of a sudden, it shows this error "Oops something has hurt bad, please try again". I'm trying to remove Packager of creative cloud of OOBE directory and reinstall in return. It still shows the same error. Help, please.

Go to the OOBE folder, delete opm.db, and then connect back to the CCP.

Creative cloud Packer installs on Mac

I downloaded the creative packaging of cloud (PCC) via the team portal and launched the CCPLauncher.dmg file. I then launch the app CCPLauncher in there and it just hangs. Creative cloud Packer (no response) reports activity monitor.

Plesae navigate to/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE and rename to OOBE.old. Install the CCP and try to run it. If still the same number then select root and try to run the CCP: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 .

Where can I download Creative Cloud Packer?

I'm trying to download Creative Cloud Packager to create a package of Acrobat Pro 12. The FAQ says to connect to licensing.adobe.com. I have connect and as you can see my licenses and software downloads, but I don't see Creative Cloud Packager. I see a start-up kit, but I don't think that's what I need. Where can I find Creative Cloud Packer?

I have the same problems too. A few weeks ago that I had little memory linked to problems with my mac, it crashed once from time to time without particular reason. I removed all the login items, and then he started to work properly. I uninstalled and reinstalled CC, file synchronization is enabled, no error message, nothing syncs. Fine synchronization of fonts. New CC didn t of update solves the problem.

Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app will launch not (iMac)

I just installed Adobe CC desktop application in a brand new iMac (chart below). Yesterday I downloaded from my account in the Adobe website, installed, and the law subsequently download Photoshop, first and hearing. No problem, they work very well.
But now when I try to launch the application of CC desktop it just will not work. The first two times he gave me a message saying "this application is more open," or words to that effect and now nothing.
When I go to Finder > Applications the Red folder "Adobe Creative Cloud" is there and the inside, it is a shortcut (sorry, Alias - I'm new to Mac) for the "Adobe Creative cloud" and an Alias for "Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud" but no icon of the application itself, which is in Applications > utilities > Adobe Creative Cloud > VAC. by clicking on one of them do nothing, no response at all.
I tried to uninstall, but says that I can not because it is in use by other applications.
I went on the site once again and installed again, and then he threw very well. I was able to use it to download and install the bridge, which works very well. But the time that I left the desktop app CC (not even out, just click on the red dot), then he went off and now won't come back.
Tried to restart it, nothing. Tried to add the desktop CC to the list of applications application opens automatically when you log in System Preferences > users and groups > login items and once again, nothing.
Also, if I try to drag the app to the dock bar he won't accept it.
How can I make it work?
And if it does not, it will be a problem using the apps that I have already installed? According to the Help menu, I'm connected correctly in each of them.
I eventually need to download other applications, but for now, my top priority is that these 3 apps to continue working.

Embarrassing, I'm answering my own question (I should probably delete the post, but I'll leave in case someone benefits from my stupidity):

Adobe desktop CC application runs after all and it is accessible via a black and white icon on the upper right corner of the screen next to the WiFi indicator and clock. Impossible to access otherwise, but it works very well, so everything is good.

Hello, we recentrly to copy the hard drive of a computer windows 7 work where Adobe Creative Cloud worked properly on another computer.
Since then, this other computer launches one of Cloud applications creative (agreement of business and education, created with creative cloud package manager) with the exception of lightroom and captivate (which come from another package)
In any case, I see the Scriptures in newspapers under the current administrator user, trying to launch illustrator CC (sorry for the length, n, t see an option to reduce its size.
What are the solutions for this problem? is it possible for these information licence or something like that?

In fact, the licenses for the package information is missing where it not launch any application. You reserializing using APTEE products that you can find it on the computer where you created the package. If you have access to this computer, then please download and install Creative packer of cloud and it will download APTEE in the below mentioned location.

Windows:

C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\CCP\utilities

Once downloaded please follow this KB article to use the tool.

Creative cloud Packer will expire

I try to install creative cloud on my Mac under 10.10.1 Yosemite but package manager after downloading the packer of creative cloud, I try to open and make a pop as below which ended by expires.

It could be that the original download is damaged or altered, you might want to try to download again.

Is there anything your end such as proxy or firewall restrictions settings may be blocking access to Adobe?

Creative cloud Packer upgraded from 2014 to 2015 products

The packer of creative cloud for teams allows us to build our essential software.
After that install us this Package on Clients.
We must do this for 2014 products and install them. It's working.
Also the packaging for products of 2015 can be installed on a clean computer.
But now, we want to upgrade the products installed Adobe 2014 to 2015 on the clients.
After we have completed the installation of the package of 2015 see us all 2014 and 2015 on the computer.

The options are the same. Command line uninstall are what most admins prefer because, for reasons of license, they like to have a control tight on what software is deployed on each machine and need to make it through an organization not on a basis of system-by-system.

You can use the command line to uninstall the newer versions of some individual products.

Help! All creative Cloud applications crashing on launch!

Everything was working fine until 2 days ago, and then all of a sudden, Indesign crashed on launch. I tried Photoshop and Illustrator, both crashed the launch.
It works on a new MacBook Pro the retina (just a few weeks) OSX Yosemite 10.10.2
Looking on the Forums I know many other people's / have experienced similar problems with crash CC apps.
I tried suggested possible solutions, starting with deleting the preferences etc files, disconnect and check-in CC and also uninstalling CC entirely, running CC cleaner and then reinstall everything. It still does not.
Was an agent of Adobe yesterday working remotely is trying to solve the problem, just do the same uninstall/reinstall, but also works in root.
Tried another cat with some Adobe agents today and get told there my mac, there is no problems with CC apps (!)
Well, I have some massive problems with them: they are constantly crashing and helps the person to sort. Adobe do not seem to take it seriously.
Suggestions welcome...
(Would it be compatibility with 10.10.2 problems? I also have a Mini Office running 10.10.1 and everything seems to be fine.)
