My creative cloud adobe won't sync, it says that the server has an error
Im trying to sync my library clud color palette to my desktop and laptop. But he won't let me - he continues to stop and say creative cloud server has an error, but it dosent say WHAT error. what I am doing wrong?

The progress bar is almost all the way to the end and then stops while the wheel keeps spinning. Finally, the bars of growth ends and about 30 seconds later, I get a message saying that the synchronization has failed. Everyone knows about this problem? Is this something I do? I bought adobe acrobat, but every time I try to open it I get a message saying that the trial has expired.
Acrobat successfully downloaded. no problem. but it does not open. don't give me the error message that trial has expired and I want to buy it. I already bought so... I'm stuck. It gives you an option to connect or upgrade this software under license. If yes click identify you / license of this software to go further and turn it on. If it's a perpetual license activate by entering your serial key and connecting and if it is a subscription then just sign in with your Adobe it will activate a said.

I have the same problems too. A few weeks ago that I had little memory linked to problems with my mac, it crashed once from time to time without particular reason. I removed all the login items, and then he started to work properly. I uninstalled and reinstalled CC, file synchronization is enabled, no error message, nothing syncs. Fine synchronization of fonts. New CC didn t of update solves the problem.

I just changed my computer and I have a subscription with creative cloud but my online account settings now say I didn't... but I do pay by adobe lately, September 11... .so now my PhotoShop is now in test mode... I'm not sure that anyone here can solve this problem... but since I'm a member during the period of 90 days cat I don't see any other options...

Please, try the procedure described below and try to connect:
- Reset the hosts file:
Windows
- Click Start > run, type % systemroot % \system32\drivers\etcand press enter.
- Right-click on the hosts file, and then select Open. Select the application Notepad open the hosts file.
- Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
- Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
- Save and close the file.
Mac OS
Log in as an administrator to change the hosts file in Mac OS.
- In a Finder window, choose go > go to folder.
- Type / etc.
- Select the hosts file and open it.
- Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
- Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
- Save and close the file.

I can't get updates for Adobe or programs AVG 2011 - connection to the server has failed
I have windows xp. and my AVG does not update my Anti virus and Anti spyware is obsolete. AVG Forum suggests that my windows installer should be activated, but I tried the adjustment option here, but it did not work. Same problem with Adobe, unable to update - the connection to the server failed. I could really do with some help.

Try this solution that worked for others.
Go to Windows Explorer
Follow the path in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application AVG\Update\download
Delete the 2 files .ctf there.
Then go to AVG and try to connect to the server. If all goes well, you can now save the download to your computer and install the new files.The files are: avginfoavi.ctf and avginfowin.ctf

Hi all, I am wanting to know how to solve this problem, I will have with my creative cloud downloads. I am trying to cancel the application Adobe Acrobat DC and it download it again. But it's frozen on the "cancellation of...» "and don't move. I use a mac, I can't redownload until it is gone from the top of the cloud. Click the "Finder" on your dock to Open a Finder window. Click on 'Applications' in the side bar of the Finder window to see your Mac applications. In this folder, double-click the folder "utilities". Double-click the "Activity Monitor" icon to access the application.
Now exit Adobe all associates of process as creative cloud, CC, CCX, Core sync, broker CIB Adobe and then launch creative cloud app again and try to download Acrobat.
