• Try to save the updated files to the cloud and I get error messages saying that the synchronization has failed.

  The progress bar is almost all the way to the end and then stops while the wheel keeps spinning.  Finally, the bars of growth ends and about 30 seconds later, I get a message saying that the synchronization has failed.  Everyone knows about this problem?  Is this something I do?  Is there a problem of "traffic jam" to the cloud now?

  It gives you an option to connect or upgrade this software under license. If yes click identify you / license of this software to go further and turn it on. If it's a perpetual license activate by entering your serial key and connecting and if it is a subscription then just sign in with your Adobe it will activate a said.

  I have the same problems too. A few weeks ago that I had little memory linked to problems with my mac, it crashed once from time to time without particular reason. I removed all the login items, and then he started to work properly. I uninstalled and reinstalled CC, file synchronization is enabled, no error message, nothing syncs. Fine synchronization of fonts.   Please, try the procedure described below and try to connect:

  1. Reset the hosts file:

     Windows

     1. Click Start > run, type % systemroot % \system32\drivers\etcand press enter.
     2. Right-click on the hosts file, and then select Open. Select the application Notepad open the hosts file.
     3. Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
     4. Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
     5. Save and close the file.

     Mac OS

     Log in as an administrator to change the hosts file in Mac OS.

     1. In a Finder window, choose go > go to folder.
     2. Type / etc.
     3. Select the hosts file and open it.
     4. Save the hosts file: choose file > record under, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
     5. Look for the hosts file for entries referencing activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.

  Hello Kimhib,

  Try this solution that worked for others.

  Go to Windows Explorer
  Follow the path in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application AVG\Update\download
  Delete the 2 files .ctf there.
  Then go to AVG and try to connect to the server. If all goes well, you can now save the download to your computer and install the new files.

  The files are: avginfoavi.ctf and avginfowin.ctf
