Please follow the steps:
Windows:
Name/AppData/Local/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db C/users/user and delete it.
Mac:
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash. (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)
Launch desktop CC and try to connect.

I have searched the forums and can't find a way to fix this problem. I'm on a Mac and when I click on the CC icon, it opens a blank window. The window is completely empty and doesn't even say creative cloud. I tried to follow the steps to solve this problem of the other forum questions and answers, but I can't understand how to access the 'library' on my mac.
I'd appreciate any help.

I click on creative cloud and empty its just white
I do not see my downloads or if they re still download their whereabouts. I just downloaded creative cloud. tried to download the free trial version of photoshop and illustrator, but nothing is coming when I click on the cloud on my top bar. When I click the tests in the catalog it says download then nothing happens. I never get to a Setup screen please help.

Hello. I had the creative cloud for about a month. The Cloud interface is an empty screen. I had uninstalled, then reinstalled, but now he is gone again. Do I have to redo the same process? If Yes, I'll lose my software I have already downloaded?

Adobe Creative Cloud window empty and does not ask for connection?
I currently have three computers. A 2010 iMac, a Macbook Pro 2012 and a new Macbook pro 2014. I disconnected and uninstalled creative cloud of the iMac. After buying the new MacBook Pro (2014), I used the mobile 2012 to copy my user profile on the laptop latest (including Adobe applications and cloud creative). However, when I try to open a project from the external hard drive, that I worked out, I get this message:
Adobe Application Manager is needed to solve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Application Manager 'http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager'.
When I go to this link, I get a prompt to download creative cloud (No Manager applications). Of course, I redownload creative cloud and gives me the steps to install but once the creative cloud installation progress bar ends and CC open, the window is empty and I wonder not identify or anything. I can't access all projects or connect to my computer CC on this new account be.
I deleted the file opm.db in the folder "OOBE" and I restarted the application. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I restarted my computer. I have tried everything for the last hours and made absolutely no progress.
I'm pretty stressed about it than the projects I work on are time sensitive. Any help would be greatly appreciated as chat customer support just left me on hold for almost an hour and I have not found a solution in the forums.

Creative cloud is empty window why?
Windows 7 64 bit computer. Creating cloud informs me of updates, but at launch, nothing appears but an empty window. Creative cloud of the header and the train to appear. The only options listed with the machine are; help, PIN to the area of the window and quit creative cloud. Creative cloud removal and reinstallation fails to solve the problem of an empty window. Impossible to update any product using the creative cloud, can't see anything in the window of cloud. No way to sign in or out, just left. Problem for three days and no support available to correct the problem. This means paying for the subscription, but do not have access or updates at this point. I feel a little cheated, pay for something, I don't get!

WIN 7 and 8 (64-bit):
- OOBE and rename OOBE_old located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
- Restart the browser
- Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
- Connect using Adobe ID and password and download the desktop CC application.
WIN 7 and 8 (32-bit):
- OOBE and rename OOBE_old located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
- Restart the browser
- Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
- Connect using Adobe ID and password and download the desktop CC application.

I bought the cloud creative and installed, now when I open an app and activate it by logging in, the app says that it cannot find any subscription for me...
I am running Yosemite 10,10,5 on mac. Language is Dutch.

Check your account indicates the subscriptions that you expect (and that the adobe, used in the next step id is correct) by logging in here and checking the status of your subscription, https://www.adobe.com/account.html
then, if it's current, disconnect and then back to your client application using the adobe with the link above in cc id: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Creative cloud remains blocked at the white screen
This is what happens when I try and laucnh CreativeCloud, and when I download an app, it's what's happening.
Also, try the following steps to resolve the problem if it does not then question of Jeff:
- Close the application of Creative Cloud runs.
- Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /users/folder/Library/Application Support / Adobe / OOBE - Rename the file opm.db in opm_old.db
- Launch of creative cloud
Please make sure that you enable the folder options show hidden files.
