I try to install creative cloud but every time it stops after about 5-10% completion. Help, please.

    Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.

    Step 1:

    Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

    Step 2:

    Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

    Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

    Step 3:

    Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

    Type below command and press the enter"" key.

    AppData

    Then go to the Local > Adobe.

    Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.



    Step 4:

    Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

    Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.

    It will start the update process. and should get updates of cloud creative app.

    Applications were not opening.  Went through Adobe troubleshooting.  Cleaning used etc. App tool.  Downloaded desktop creative cloud application.  Double click to install, nothing happened.

    Tried the Safe Mode option.  Double click to install, nothing happened.

    I am running out of ideas and have found no solution here in the community.  I don't encounter errors or error messages.  My problem is that everything is nothing happening when I click to start the fresh install of creative cloud on my MacBook.

    Try to install the creative cloud so I can install Photoshop, I have the latest installer from adobe when I run the executable that nothing appears on the screen it moves just through various lines of windows when I check the the Task Manager I see more than a hundred, fire process for creative cloud install and after 30 seconds they all end. If I interrupt one of the many processes with an end now command remains will remain so simply open and I have to kill them all manually.

    Tested on both windows 7 machines a bit 32 other 64-bit with the same results.

    (1) uninstall the creative cloud desktop application:

    (2) remove the rest of the files:

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager

    C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Creative Cloud files

    C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\ UPDATER-OOBE MAA see all two, Show hidden - files-Windows help

    I am running Windows 8.1 and try to get a first time install desktop creative cloud. I tried all the help suggestions that I can find, including:

    (1) stop all other Adobe processes during installation

    (2) uninstall all the Adobe products, going so far as to completely remove all the Adobe folders on the computer and then try to install the CC Office

    (3) repeat step 2 above, then by running the cleanup tool of cloud and then running the CC install as administrator

    There is no OOBE folder to rename.

    None of this does not work. I don't know what else to do. Any help is appreciated.

    If you want you can try to install hidden administrator account:

    Follow the procedure below and activate the hidden administrator account and try running 12 elements:

    Click the Start button and go to the menu Windows tiles.

    By default, your Cloud Creative applications are installed in the folder Program Files (Windows) or in the Applications (Mac OS) folder.  You can change the default installation location, although this is generally not recommended. Open the Adobe Creative cloud application, and then click the gear on the top icon to the right of the window. Choose Preferences > Apps > installation location > change. Navigate to the location you want, and then click Open. Your new installation location will appear in the menu.

    Note: Shared resources and temporary files will be stored on your primary drive.  If a lack of disk space prevents installation then make sure you have enough space on the main drive for temporary files and installation files extracted to be placed.

  • Cannot install Creative Cloud/Photoshop on Chromebook-free trial

    I tried to install the trial version of Photoshop on my daughter Chromebook, she sent me an e-mail with a link, but clicking on the link sent me just the same email! It has an implemented Adobe account, and the pop up blocker is disabled, running an updated version of the Chrome. Don't know what else to do? Research indicates this should be able to run on the Chromebook, but we seem to be stuck in a loop. No data error.

    I've just been migrated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 via a new installation. I'm now trying to reinstall all my applications. The Applications Cloud creative installed fine, but I have a problem with the CS6 applications. I downloaded the files from the Adobe site and settle down with key license and entered my product ley. The installation worked OK, but I have problems to install the updates. Photoshop CS6 update to version kept 13.0.1.2 default, the file journal has proposed corrupted files and proposed a new installation.     Can anyone confirm what are the latestCS6 versions: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator please? For example if Photoshop CS6 is greater than the version 13.0.1.2 ideas how to install the latest update?
