Creative cloud settled after the complete withdrawal
Mac OS X 10.11.4
Applications were not opening. Went through Adobe troubleshooting. Cleaning used etc. App tool. Downloaded desktop creative cloud application. Double click to install, nothing happened.
Tried the Safe Mode option. Double click to install, nothing happened.
I am running out of ideas and have found no solution here in the community. I don't encounter errors or error messages. My problem is that everything is nothing happening when I click to start the fresh install of creative cloud on my MacBook.

My creative cloud opens after the installation.

My PC is a laptop Dell M6800
I just installed Adobe Acrobat XI.
At the opening, I was prompted to install or reinstall Adobe Application Manager for verification of my driver's license.

Try to delete the contents of the CoreSync folder to the title of the user library.
(1) right-click on the icon in the Finder, then select 'Go - To' folder.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)~/Library
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and locate the folder CoreSync and trash as all the files inside.
Then launch Adobe Creative Cloud application and check.

start at the top and work your way down to apply applicable patches until your problem is solved.

"Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.
first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.
to find the OOBE:
Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps
Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB
If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.
If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:

Virus found in the records of Creative Cloud Files After app update on 28:th July
Hi all!
After several long hours sync today, Creative cloud finally comes to rest in this marathon-sync. However, there was a warning that some files will not download cause of what they contain viruses. (See URL pasted). http://1drv.Ms/1VMfowR
The files that are supposed to have viruses located in my folder, "2015\Required\Plug-Ins\Measurements F:\Creative Cloud Adobe Photoshop CC.
All this happened after is today (July 28) updated three applications creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015 and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015).
During the update, I stopped the sync and when updates have to do, I did it again. This is! Virus in Adobe products?
The thing is that I had a virus for years. What makes it even more scary, is that I now have viruses isolated in my folder where Cloud Creative has his backup and that I pay some 61 USD
(525 SEK) / month in subscription programs Adobe. This sux!The big question is, are the files really infected or they are somehow corrupt. I scanned the whole "F:\Creative Cloud Files"- and ESET online scannerfolder with Windows Defender . Nothing wrong was found. However, reading some old poster in this forum - they apparently had problems before with the virus in what today is creative cloud.
If you are not alone, LuziAnne and I'm sorry for the support that you got was... None.
Anyone else having issues of the last days and of course; a solution.

Just a word of warning on the deletion of these files and folders. If you need them for Photoshop plugins and you move from this place they can stop working in Photoshop. I would say that you keep you plugins in creative cloud folder and install them elsewhere on your system. Maybe your posture in the creative cloud location of the files as a backup etc.?
I will continue to work with internal teams on that for you. Could also provide me with the exact filenames of files that download and are captured in the virus scan?, you might even share files with me through a creative Collaboration of Cloud using my email address [email protected]. I suspect that this is a false positive virus scan for some reason any.

My subscription Creative Cloud amounts and the teacher would not be repeated even after update to payment information. I tried many times in the past two months, updating credit card information and I was never renewed. Subscription keeps saying expired beyond the 24 hour mark it says it will take. I have double and triple checked the information of credit card and have recorded several times. I also never get an e-mail confirmation or an e-mail saying that he had a problem. It is also very frustrating that it doesn't seem to be a customer service number to call especially for customers who have paid for the subscription of creative cloud. Help, please!

Somehow, creative cloud settle. Whenever I try to installit, the computer opens and closes the window even for 2 minutes and then it stops and nothing happens...
I have Windows 7.
Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Click on the link below and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, look for the icon of Adobe Application Manager launch on desktop and double-click it.
It will start the update process. and should get updates of cloud creative app.

I got a trial of LightRoom via Creative Cloud. Once the trial was up, I decided to buy the stand-alone version, currently 6 Lightroom, rather than paying a subscription.
Delete Creative Manager of cloud, which is located on the top of my computer at startup, without affecting 6 LightRoom?
If Yes, what is the best way to do this? I use a Mac as El Capitan.

Add pictures to library of creative cloud in After Effects

Anyone know how to add an image (IE a .ai file created by myself) and save it in the libraries of creative cloud in After Effects?
It is not currently possible in After Effects. After Effects can add items to a library to your project, but you cannot add elements of your project to a library.
For Illustrator files, you can add layers or objects selected to your library in Illustrator. Ditto for Photoshop.
In a future update for After Effects, we could add the ability for After Effects to add content to your library. There are many different types of content could be added After Effects: files in your project, shape layers, layers of text, effect presets, scripts, etc.. Currently, we believe that it would be more useful and interesting to add scripts and effects presets, but you should tell us what you think by filing a feature request: http://adobe.com/go/wish
