In the creative cloud Panel, the only options I get are the Home tab to check the activity and the Stock tab. The applications tab is missing. How can I get that back so I can update photoshop and lightroom?

  Creative desktop cloud applications can be downloaded and installed on multiple computers, regardless of the operating system. However, the activation is limited to two machines per individual related to the composition, and you may not use the software on these devices simultaneously.

  You can actually have installed creative cloud and on two computers, signed as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

• A history of the orders is not found on my Adobe Creative Cloud account. Only, I bought the annual plan for the student to the University about 3 months ago and now I have to buy a new one in order to download the applications.

I could download apps (not in first instance) that was available in the plan, but since I reinstalled a new operating system on my Mac laptop, not only I was able to download only the apps for the trial, but found no order history in my account.   I try to install Flash Professional CC on my laptop but there is only the creative cloud application CS6 version. On another laptop, I was able to install CC. The main difference between laptops, it's one with CC installed has English lang pack and Windows 7 and another (with CS6) - Russian lang pack and Windows 8. What should I do to install Flash Professional CC?

  

  Check the system requirements. Apps being not not available means that you do not fullfill all criteria.

  CC Desktop displays only the empty box. Pass the mouse over it does NOT any screen. I tried to remove and reinstall the app without success. Running Windows 7 64 bit, version of the NVIDIA GeForce GTX470 335.23 driver. Any ideas?
