• How to buy the most creative cloud storage?

  As a photographer, I have a ton of photos and catalogs and 20 GB is not enough.  On the section FAQ site it says that additional creative cloud storage would be available for sale later in 2013.  Its now 2014 and I do not see this option to be available.

  I chatted and called adobe and you have zero assistance or responses in this regard.  Can anyone help or make a suggestion as to how they are general this?

  You cannot download files, but you can download several files at the same time. There is "drag and drop" upload and there is also the download action you can get from the blue action button. You can create folders before or after you download the files; and move files and folders as needed.

  If you use IE9 or earlier you can not download mutiple files at once. It was design by Microsoft, but multiple file upload is allowed in IE10, IE11.

  You can also register sycing file of this page http://blogs.adobe.com/creativecloud/file-and-typekit-font-sync-rolling-out/. Once admitted, you will be able to synchronize files and folders on your computer.

  There are only 2 to 20 GB of storage in all programs of creative cloud. Who just doesn't get it. I would really like to be able to move one device to another to do my job on photos. But 2 GB is not. For a shoot, I have maybe up to 120 GB of data. I'm not going to load 100 pictures per 100 photos. How you guy to get around this? Adobe if you please change this. Thank you.

  When Adobe is going to be more aware of current expectations? Seems to lag... This is a must for anyone using Lightroom and Photoshop. By outsourcing our backups, we will eventually abandon our Adobe products.

• Creative cloud storage has decreased to 2 GB

  Hello

  I have a ' creative cloud membership (one year prepaid) "and my storage falls to 2 GB to 20 GB. I talk to the live chat, but I'm about to lose my mind. All they tell me is 'wait 2 or 3 days' and I wait about a week. I said I want a refund and they said that's not posible.

  Please someone solve my question. I want to use what I paid or refund.

  Perhaps Adobe needs to ship some USB sticks with memberships. It is a cool workaround I guess.

  I'm in trial version of Photoshop because of this same issue and it will expire in 30 days, although my subscription ends in November. Creative cloud is unusable by my team right now, ranging from 100 GB, we were moved to 2 GB. It's bad enough...

  The options are the same. Command line uninstall are what most admins prefer because, for reasons of license, they like to have a control tight on what software is deployed on each machine and need to make it through an organization not on a basis of system-by-system.

  There must be something I'm missing here.  20 GB of storage for the contingent of creative cloud... really?  How to increase this amount, say, 10 times?  Seriously, 20 GB is a joke, I have image files are 2 GB, what's the story with this 20 GB limit?

  You get 20 GB, but that does not mean that you should not make local backups. Relying exclusively on something as notoriously little reliable and unstable as CC storage would be like in the disaster waiting to happen... That said, your storage problems are probably sign-in partner, in order to check this:

  Also check the status of the storage on the web site, not only through the CC app.
