Creative cloud tries to update everyday and is stuck with by mistake, cannot use, update, uninstall, or reinstall...

Creative cloud say there isn't another installer running and close first... There is no installer running!

I can't log on, can't uninstall, can't repair or reinstall, can not update, cannot use app, can't do anything... looked at the other questions and tutorials but can't find a solution to help me with this problem.

I use windows 10. Please what can I do?
