  If I understand your question, Lightroom CC should see your catalog from the previous version and prompt you to create an updated copy. This will bring all the work that you have done previously in a new copy of the catalog that is compatible with CC of Lightroom, and your work can simply continue.

  Each computer must have its own catalogue. You cannot synchronize catalogs between two computers. You can consider putting your catalogue and your images on an external hard drive that you can connect to computers. Or, you can use Lightroom Mobile on your mobile device supported to change the collections that you choose to sync with Lightroom Mobile.

  Usually, when applications are not listed, it is because the system does not meet the technical installation specification.  AFter Effects requires a 64-bit system.  Here is a link to all the tecniques of After Effects - see if something comes in default for your system...

  Open Control Panel and uninstall of the Package Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 64).

  If you are prompted to restart, restart the computer and uninstall them.

  Once you had uninstalled package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 64).

  Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.

  (Applications > Utiliites)

  Look for a folder Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manager under utility window and trash both folders.

  (2) trash Adobe Creative cloud from Applications Eh well.

  3)

  Click on the link below and download & run the cleaning of Adobe tool:

  Select the option "Adobe Application Manager for Mac OS X 10.6" and then click on "Clean up selected."
