I ran into an issue where one of our users cannot see its applications in the suite adobe, rather than creative cloud window is empty.
I tried the following fix, but it still does not work:

Also tried to uninstall creative cloud and reinstalling the software but it just brings me right to return to the empty window:

I tried to install the software suite on my desk, and it works fine. I think the uninstall process leaves some files behind so simply write back the same question.
Please let me know any ideas you might have on this.

If the cleaning of creative cloud tool did not help, try the steps mentioned below.
Remove the OOBE and AAMUpdater folders.
Mac OS:
- Exit creative Cloud Desktop
- Access \User\
\Library\Application Support\Adobe *
And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.
To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.
- Find and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
- / Library/Application Support/Adobe (rename Adobe Application Manager and Adobe of joint office)
- Go > utilities > (rename Adobe Application Manager and creative cloud)
- Download creative-cloud

Windows:
- Exit creative Cloud Desktop
- Go to \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\
And C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

- Find and delete the files AAMUpdate and OOBE

I ran the uninstaller and the cleaning tool. All I get is the icon on the top of the menu bar and when I click it I have no option available to download any software.
I had to re install OSX yesterday, not a migration assistant, but the creative cloud is not installed. I deleted all the files adobe, that I could find and nothing. I have re booted the computer after uninstalling and nothing. I need to install Premiere Pro today, I'm in a production company with projects that need to be delivered.
All adobe for uninstalling solutions do not work.

I had to reinstall Yosemite from scratch and the creative cloud now works.
Wonder first cannot import PNG files, it's like buying a desktop computer without a mouse and a keyboard.
I wish I could go back to FCP 7. First opportunity to be a great software in early 2000, I do not recognize what is this software pretentious that I use now.

Windows 7 is the oldest version supported for creative cloud facilities. Chances are that the cloud would not allow installation on a Vista system.

I also had to do this experiment.
Sometimes - for some reason-CC "unwilling" work. In this case you should CC completely remove and reinstall by using Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)I quote:... helps resolve installation problems for Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Creative Suite (CS3 - CS6) applications. The tool removes the records facility for preliminary facilities of Cloud applications or Creative Suite creative. It does not affect existing installations of earlier versions of Creative Suite or creative Cloud applications.

Mac:

Launch desktop CC and try to connect.

I have the creative Cloud CS5 for Windows for a few years and now I would like to buy a Mac. Of course, I don't want to pay for the program. No chance, I use the same program on a Mac? Maybe somehow convert or Exchange it through the company, paying? Made this wine-Programm, someone suggested to me, good job? Also: any luck I can update my program to CS6?

You can not install the version of Windows on the Mac platform. To use the same program on a Mac, you need to install a form any emulator Windows on the Mac, but there is no guarantee of performance. Adobe only offers the possibility of permutation of platforms for the most recent version of their products, so CS5 is not supported for this. You might be able to buy CS6 yet, but I'm not sure that you can get a CS6 update since Adobe is focusing on their latest product, the creative cloud (CS5 is not part of the range of products CC).

When I go to the creative cloud icon in the menu bar on a mac I just a white screen.
Is the windows App totally blank white or you have found more blue circle rotation in the middle of CC app?
Assuming an empty window full, I had posted the following basic steps:
Basic Checklist:
N ° 1)
Force Quit associated Adobe all the processes like creative cloud, CoreSync, AAMUpdater... etc of Activity Monitor.
Step 2)
(1) right click on the Finder icon and select 'Go - To Folder' option.
(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (" Do not miss ~ symbol " "")~/Library
It will open the folder of the user's library.
(3) then navigate to Application Support > Adobe > OOBE. Open the OOBE folder and Opm.db bin file.
After trashing Opm.db file, restart the Adobe Creative Cloud app and check.
Always the same? Let us know we will proceed to further troubleshooting.

I was never able to access these features in the window of creative cloud. I tried to access the OOBE folder to remove the file from opm.db to . There is no file opm.db. I followed the advice from another thread and delete the contents of the OOBE folder. This did not solve my problem. I left the window of creative cloud open for a whole day hoping that would solve the problem. He did not. Thanks for any help you can provide this issue.
Thomasc11484006 have you tried to run the uninstall program Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application and then put it back? Instructions and the uninstall program can be found at code error 2 or 50: Creative Cloud desktop application update doesn't have. You can then reinstall the application using the steps listed in download and install Adobe Creative cloud appscreative cloud. How to stop the Creative Cloud window App show the startup on a Mac?
Since a recent update, at startup, creative cloud displays the main window every time on my Mac Pro. I want creative cloud app to start when I start my mac, but I don't want the application main view window. It is never used to be like that until a recent update. CC is up to date as well as all of the CC apps.
