    Every time I have try and update my creative apps cloud update hangs indefinitely at 50%. There is no error message or anything of the sort, but I could leave 'Refresh' app for days and he would never exceed 50%.

    What is strange, is that is applied ' to the majority of applications it does not apply to all the. Illustrator (2015) and Acrobat for example update without problem. The apps that are specifically stall at 50% at the present time are Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Media Encoder CC.

    I'm on OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 - 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5, 32 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 (I don't know if it's useful?)

    It comes to my work computer, I pointed out the problem with the it Department who have been unable to understand even after uninstalling and reinstalling, then everything and then gave me a brand new computer where after completing a new installation, the problem persisted.     Yesterday, all my applications of Adobe Creative clouds were at large.  Today Creative Connection cloud will not sign, and none of them will even start.

    I connect without a problem on the website Adobe Creative Cloud.

    Whenever I try to start app 6 CS, Adobe Application Manager starts instead and simply jumped on the dock for about 5 minutes then stops. I left alone for an hour, but it does nothing and I force it to quit.

    I downloaded AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool, targeting SC6 ran and creative cloud sets.  That didn't solve my problem.

    What is going on?

    I run OS X lion and my network connection works perfectly.

    OK, that can be a pain, but I solved the problem and created a new.

    1.   • Creative cloud updates / Files folder location change Bug

    I have a major bone to pick with the CC app. Software updates work very well. This is the real CC app updates which are originally my company a LOT of grief and the loss of time/productivity/money.main computer that is hosting the shared files using an external hard drive (S) to save all files on. Whenever there is an update to the CC app required it corrects everything BUT change the location of the files in the Preferences menu to the default drive (C). This caues all other computers that are related to re - sync ALL the files. On average, it's about 14 000 files which lasts about 10-19 hours depending on the computer and the internet connection.

    This has happened at least twice now. I can't be the only person it happened and it's unacceptable. I found a few messages in the forum, but there are no answers from anyone at Adobe.

    My questions are

    1. is there a way to avoid preferences him swinging back the location of the files on the default drive after an update?

    With the recent update of the application of Creative Cloud Desktop (1.9.1.474), we have unfortunately introduced a bug that causes the creation of a new Creative Cloud Files folder and re-synchronization of all content.     I recommend that ensure you that you have no pending change you can do offline and you check the contents of the folder new, main designer Cloud Files contains everything you expect of him.  If this is not the case, check the contents of the creative Cloud files (unknown).

  • Creative Cloud Update 3.8.0.310 will not update on MacBook Pro

    I can't update the Cloud 3.8.0.310 creative application.  I tried everything suggested in the forums for updating the application. I tried to uninstall and reinstall.  The problem seems to be that two instances of the creative cloud are running on my computer. I tried everything to stop the two instances of the program to run. I constantly get the message that the application is running and close the running application to uninstall. I can't find the app running on my computer. Reading the forums, I tried all the tips to try to stop a creative loading to start or stop the application when the charge. Can I go back to the old version of the creative cloud and waive the new version?  I unchecked the box that says, always "keep creative cloud Office up-to-date."  If I quit the application, the creative cloud icon disappears.  What to do next?

    1. in the Finder , I clicked on Applications > utilities

    3. I open the file titled Adobe Creative Cloud > VAC and renamed the 'Creative Cloud.app' file 'Old_Creative Cloud.app '.

    4. I shut down the computer and restart the computer.

    5. the Creative Cloud.app didn't load when I rebooted I therefore had no active incidents of the creative memory cloud application

    6. next, I used the Installer of creative cloud that I downloaded from the Adobe Web site.

    7. once I ran the installer the creative cloud desktop application has been installed with the latest version.
