Creative desktop cloud application does not load
I've just updated my OS to OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 to load Photoshop and LR CC 2015, but now the creative cloud desktop application will not open. This wheel of progress is everything.
I already tried to uninstall, but it won't let me; said there are still requests requiring the creative cloud desktop application.
I also turned down the computer and restarted, but it did not help either.
Cannot find the answer in the previous questions either.
What could be done?

I just started my 30-day trial, but I'm having trouble to download photoshop.
I have installed Office cloud creative and currently stuck on step 3 on this page:

"Your app starts to download. At the same time, the creative desktop application cloud will appear, and it will manage the rest of the installation. Check your progress in the status bar next to the name of the download application".
Photoshop doesn't have not downloaded automatically.
There is a "Try" button next to it. So I clicked it.

Restart the computer to correct the problem.
I have restarted my computer, restarted the application of CC desktop, clicked the button Try and photoshop download began.
I was able to install after that.

I tried several things seen in this forum. Finally, I deleted a plugin named "QGet" in/Library/InputManagers. And it works!

Creative Desktop Cloud application does not open: showing a spinning wheel of progress.
I have a creative cloud account. When I look at, if there is no update, I click on the creative cloud software and the CC logo comes on the top iMac to the right page. The dialog box turns on, the wheel turns but not signing in.
Adobe support center solution:
For iMac Yasomite only
1 top of the page to search right: click Activity Monitor > memory > delete all files open adobe (with the logo of adobe).
2. on you Finder: click go > go to folder > type after ^ / library/application support of > remove only 2 files called AAMUpdater & OOBE.
3. sign in to your web account adobe & re - install creative cloud.
Once you connect, it will synchronize your software and display all available updates.
There we go...

I guess you get a blank screen on the window of creative cloud
You can refer -:new Creative Cloud application unusable: it is empty!

Creative cloud desktop application does not load Apps
I downloaded the creative suite and configure my account with adobe, but my creative cloud application does not load apps, it remains on the blue spinning wheel, despite clicking 'Download now' on some apps it invites. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to Applications--> Utilities--> Adobe Installers.
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
* If it says application runs in the background, and then open the activity monitor and close the process creative cloud.
Once the creative cloud is uninstalled then follow it mentioned below as follows:
Please go to the library
1. click on Finder, click go and navigate to the folder
2. tap / library and click on Go
3. go in Application Support and Adobe and then delete the OOBE folder.
4 repeat step 1
5. Type ~/Library and click Go
6. go in Application Support and Adobe and then delete the OOBE folder.
7. go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud?promoid=KLYVF
Download Adobe Creative cloud, install it.
If the steps above do not work. Try to enable the root user account, and then try to open Adobe Creative cloud.

(1) open following link https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-7-8-9-downloads.html
(2) open a new tab in the same browser
(3) open the following link in this http://prodesigntools.com/trials2/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/osx10/ACCCx3_4_1_181.dmg tab
(4) install creative cloud by using the downloaded file
Note: It is important to do this step by step as opening first link is to ensure that you get no error of access denied when using the second link in this browser.

Someone another trouble or know why my free trial of creative cloud, which is installed on my computer does not load the apps section? And if I try to download a free trial of dreamweaver, etc., it brings back me to a window of creative cloud adobe which shows just it to load, but nothing never loads. HELP PLEASE! Creative 'Apps' Cloud feature does not
The 'apps' tab spinning wheel of the show CC and will show all the apps (I've downloaded several).
I run CC on my iMac and my MacBook. The problem seems to have started after the update, I did not update my MacBook and that works very well.

I tried to uninstall all my programs and re - install but it didn't work. I seems to be connected as I am able to download apps directly from the adobe website. However, I can't sync my Typekit fonts more!

- Set the "Read and write" permissions on the files of Adobe for all users in the following locations:
- / Library/Application Support /.

Creative Cloud Desktop App (Mac) does not load
I have updated for Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 a while a go and the application of Office CC began to turn does not. Now I am unable to sync my photos from Lightroom on Mac and iPad, I could not sign in my account in Lightroom CC.
