  I have Adobe Photoshop CC installed and running. However, when I load Photoshop CC 2014 it will not open and I get the 0Xc000007b error message.

  Despite the efforts of Support Adobe technicians, the problem persists, and looks like I'm going to have to refornat the hard drive.

  I would like to know the correct procedure for closing down: -.

  (2) reinstall Adobe Cloud.
