Creative Office Cloud app remains Visible
Since the last update the Creative Cloud Desktop App (version 2.1.1.110) whenever I wake my computer from sleep mode, the application of desktop in the menu bar appears and it doesn't go away on its own as she used to. I have to click on the menu bar icon to disappear. Y at - it a setting or something that has changed? It is used to appear only if I clicked on the menu bar icon and it would be if I clicked on anywhere else. Now, this isn't the case, and it's really annoying that it is always visible.
I just fixed my own problem. I guess that even if I recently had an update to the creative cloud desktop application and he said there is no update I downloaded from Adobe and reinstalled and now it says I have version 2.1.2.114 and now as usual.

Creative office cloud app will not update - Windows 7 Pro?
Whenever I boot Windows 7, I get the following window:
When I click on 'Install now' I get an error message. The CC icon is no longer on my desk. Is this a bug that I simply have to live with?

Hi Clinton, could you please try that:
Please uninstall CC Office and install again:
1. go in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and uninstall Creative Cloud desktop
For Windows: Control Panel\Programs\Programs and features
2. go in Applications/Utilities and find CC Office application folder and move it to the trash.
For Windows, uninstall Office CC top App of: control Panel\Programs\Programs and features
3. run the CC cleaning tool and search for any trace of AAM. If necessary withdraw:http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
4. go to Libraray/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE and rename to OOBE.old
For Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE to the OOBE 86 x. OLD
5. download and install the CC Office since the indicated link:https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

Why my creative Office Cloud app keep disconnect me?
Hi, I'm having problems with the application of CC Office where he is constantly disconnecting me and sometimes exit after 5-10 minutes. It becomes very frustrating, because I work on a number of Illustrator documents throughout the day that the fonts in Typekit synchronized, and each time that happens him fonts UN-sync and my failure to text, make a terrible mess that doesn't go away until I reset the app.

I tried to uncheck that the passive FTP setting in the network settings and so far it seems to have done the trick, if there is no change or more problems I'll update later. Thank you!

Creative Office Cloud app is totally blank

It is completely empty and has no buttons or navigation. When I try to download InDesign for example, nothing happens.I've tried several things now:

I have a problem with the Desktop Manager creative cloud that I'm unable to fix. I registered on Friday, before pay a year in advance and not installed the Fund Manger creative cloud then LR and PS no problem on my desktop. I went to do the same thing on my laptop and the desktop Panel Manger creative cloud is empty just white - sometimes a blue circle lazy loader appears in the Middle, but then freezes.
I have tried uninstall and reinstall several times. On occasion when I have re-intsalled it has locked my office so that all the icons and the taskbar disappear and that the background is here.
I'm on Windows 7 64 bit. Here is what I tried:

I honestly spent a whole day of messing around with it. I tried everything that surrounds rename it / remove the OOBE etc folder and vain. I found a suggestion on another thread that worked like a charm for me!
There is a credible site where you can download installers for Adobe CC applications that don't require creative Manager of cloud. When you download the application and then run the installer it will ask you your Adobe ID he will find your CC license and install the product.

Creative Office Cloud runs for a second then crashes
I use Yosemite on a Macbook Pro. I use the installer to package Enterprise Education of creative cloud. When I run Desktop CC, the process starts and then freezes after 2 seconds. Can someone help me solve this annoying scenario.

Creative office cloud says "No Internet Connection".
I actually downloaded photoshop trial version of the desktop application and after 1 week creative cloud app says "no internet Connection". I can't update my license because of this
Here are the steps I took to solve this problem in my laptop:
Step 1: Uninstall Adobe CC
Step 2: Uninstall all trial Versions of applications such as photoshop, illustrator of the Adobe Suite already installed.
Step 3: Download a new free creative cloud configuration file. Download the free trial version Adobe Creative Cloud. Do not use the installation file downloaded previously.
Step 4: Voila! Once downloaded Adobe CC, install it and once the installation is finished, it will prompt you to Sign In.

Try to give all the permissions in the Adobe folder under
~/Library/application support/Adobe
Click on Finder and hold command + SHIFT + G keys on your keyboard.
To go to the folder window type exactly ~/Library and click Go
Open the Application Support and do a right-click on the Adobe folder and select get info
Under sharing and permissions Click on lock and unlock
Click on add your username and the administrator if not added
Then give permission to read and write to Admin, system, everyone and (your user name)
Click the gear icon and choose apply to attached article
Then click on lock
Try to install, does not
Navigate to MAC HD > library > Application Support and give all permissions to the Adobe folder

Creative office cloud say this Egde inspect and reflow are installed, but they are not.
Creating cloud Office say inspecting Egde and reflux are installed but are not, the system is a total new instalation.
The system is OS X 10.8 and office cloud creative is very good work with the installation of Photoshop CC, but it tells me that I already have Adobe Edgde inspect and reflow installed, but the program is not installed on the computer.
If I try to download from websites where they come with office cloud creative and say that they are up-to-date.

I bought creative photography cloud and I managed to install Lightroom, but I am unable to install Photoshop (which must be included in the package) - the problem is that in the creative menu cloud soft PS is always the trial version (which ends in 3 days) and the only option is to click on the 'buy now '. 3 Rename the OOBE OOBEOLD folder
Windows : C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe
MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Later, please try: connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

I recently downloaded the demo for Lightroom. The trial has expired, and I decided to buy the Photoshop and Lightroom bundle for creative cloud. I bought yesterday, but when I try to launch the app from creative cloud applications, it is said that the trial of Lightroom has expired and asks if I want to run the test for Photoshop.

I checked your account details and it is said that you have an active subscription under the Adobe Id on the forums.
Also, as you have mentioned that you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps; I advise you to contact customer service as the support agent can connect remotely to your machine and help to correct the error.
