Creative Office Cloud app remains Visible

Since the last update the Creative Cloud Desktop App (version 2.1.1.110) whenever I wake my computer from sleep mode, the application of desktop in the menu bar appears and it doesn't go away on its own as she used to. I have to click on the menu bar icon to disappear. Y at - it a setting or something that has changed? It is used to appear only if I clicked on the menu bar icon and it would be if I clicked on anywhere else. Now, this isn't the case, and it's really annoying that it is always visible.

I just fixed my own problem. I guess that even if I recently had an update to the creative cloud desktop application and he said there is no update I downloaded from Adobe and reinstalled and now it says I have version 2.1.2.114 and now as usual.

  • Why my creative Office Cloud app keep disconnect me?

Hi, I'm having problems with the application of CC Office where he is constantly disconnecting me and sometimes exit after 5-10 minutes. It becomes very frustrating, because I work on a number of Illustrator documents throughout the day that the fonts in Typekit synchronized, and each time that happens him fonts UN-sync and my failure to text, make a terrible mess that doesn't go away until I reset the app.

I have read around and seen a lot of people talk about deleting the file "OOBE", but no matter how I look in the correct folders, I can't seem to find the file. Could there be something else causing this and a solution to stop what is happening?

I'm working on an iMac OSX Yosemite running.

    Thank you very much

Hi Megha, thanks for your response.

I tried to uncheck that the passive FTP setting in the network settings and so far it seems to have done the trick, if there is no change or more problems I'll update later. Thank you!

  • Creative Office Cloud app is totally blank

My Cloud Creative desktop application looks like this: http://aijaa.com/OWxGkI
It is completely empty and has no buttons or navigation. When I try to download InDesign for example, nothing happens.

    I've tried several things now:
I removed and installed the creative application of cloud.

I tried all - IE, Firefox, Chrome.

    I deleted the file opm.
I removed all the OOBE folder.

Nothing helps. I'm supposed to work, but I can't even program... What should I do next?

    Thank you!

    It worked:

    'Delete OOBE folder '.

Turn off the graphics card Intel from "Device Manager".

    Launch of creative cloud

    Opening of session

    Enable Intel Graphics back

Cloud creation should always work. "

Of course, I spent a lot of time trying to solve this problem and contacted Adobe support several times. I hope that this information would be shared with Adobe support people because they knew nothing about it.

first of all, disconnect, then back to your application of cc and retry the update, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

If this fails, close your cc app and then re-open and retry the update.

There is a credible site where you can download installers for Adobe CC applications that don't require creative Manager of cloud. When you download the application and then run the installer it will ask you your Adobe ID he will find your CC license and install the product.

Here is the link to the site:

Direct download links of Adobe CC 2014: 2014 creative cloud release | ProDesignTools - Adobe CC 2014 direct download links: creative Cloud 2014 Release. ProDesignTools

According to Adobe, this is a reputable site, see here:

I installed Lightroom. Then, after installing successfully, I restarted the Director of office of creative cloud and it started working.
