Centre of creative help Cloud apps, still on trial after buying -!
I recently downloaded the demo for Lightroom. The trial has expired, and I decided to buy the Photoshop and Lightroom bundle for creative cloud. I bought yesterday, but when I try to launch the app from creative cloud applications, it is said that the trial of Lightroom has expired and asks if I want to run the test for Photoshop.
-J' checked my account online, and the subscription is here.
-J' tried logging out, restarting, updates the app, check as many times and in many combinations
-J' used the limited, just in case access repair tool
-I renamed the file SLCache in/Library/Application Support / Adobe
I don't know what else to try to get Creative cloud to acknowledge my subscription purchased.
Any ideas?

I checked your account details and it is said that you have an active subscription under the Adobe Id on the forums.
Also, as you have mentioned that you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps; I advise you to contact customer service as the support agent can connect remotely to your machine and help to correct the error.

Apps still in trial with cc photpgrapher plan subscribed, any help?

I bought a plan of photographer (PS and LR), after installation of my applications are still in trial and asking for a license code. I have deletede all the facilities and the prefs, tried the solution offered by Adobe (unplug & reconnct my ID), but nothing helped. Any suggestions?

Please try the steps as shown below:
1. check if you are connected with your identifying correct adobe under which you have subscribed. (Link: disconnect, log |) Creative Office Cloud app)
2. check with your host file. (Beginner Geek: how to change your Hosts file)

Creative Office Cloud app crashes during sleep
This problem has start only occurring with in recent weeks. Whenever I come to my Mac, in the morning, I have attached the displayed window pop.
I can press the button exit and then restart creative cloud, but it is obvious that something is wrong. Someone else has had this problem, found a fix?
I did recently power off Auto-implementation to date due to the problem with one of the previous versions of Creative Cloud Desktop, deletion of data for some users, this is the only change I made recently.

- Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
- Reboot the computer.

Try to give all the permissions in the Adobe folder under
~/Library/application support/Adobe
Click on Finder and hold command + SHIFT + G keys on your keyboard.
To go to the folder window type exactly ~/Library and click Go
Open the Application Support and do a right-click on the Adobe folder and select get info
Under sharing and permissions Click on lock and unlock
Click on add your username and the administrator if not added
Then give permission to read and write to Admin, system, everyone and (your user name)
Click the gear icon and choose apply to attached article
Then click on lock
Try to install, does not
Navigate to MAC HD > library > Application Support and give all permissions to the Adobe folder

I bought creative photography cloud and I managed to install Lightroom, but I am unable to install Photoshop (which must be included in the package) - the problem is that in the creative menu cloud soft PS is always the trial version (which ends in 3 days) and the only option is to click on the 'buy now '. - Rename the folder SLCache in SLCacheold, present at the following location:

Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe
2. Rename SLStore file toSLStoreold, present at the following location:
Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe
Mac: System/Library/Application Support / Adobe
3 Rename the OOBE OOBEOLD folder
Windows : C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe
MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
Later, please try: connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications

I am aware that creative cloud works on 2 PCs, how is it in trial mode or buy now mode, even though I am connected to my creative cloud account and everything works great on my 1 machine?

Creative sync cloud app. problem with the web application

I have some problems with the synchronization of files in the creative Cloud Files folder on my computer (I use a Mac) and the Creative Cloud Web App. practically the files I have on my computer folder do not appear on the web (and I can't create links of sharing for them) and vice versa. We have a team account and we can exchange files between us, but nothing appears on the web application. The problem applies to all members of the team.
There is a problem with the service or it could be a local problem?

@ursuss - what you see in the creative Cloud Files folder on your computer must match what you see on the site Active CC to https://assets.adobe.com/files.

Hello world! We make our first steps using creative cloud and we can't find Middle East tools such as 'Reverse the layout' or 'paragraph composer '. I searched this issue on the web and not located I need to select the appropriate language in the languages of cloud creative preferences. I did, but the tools are not yet. - You must install the ME additional version to your version after you change the preferences. It will add plugins in your master installation.
- Document management (correct link) is part of the dialog box new document and also in the document in place.
- The text direction is part of the object styles, table, paragraph and character.

Creative Office Cloud app remains Visible
Since the last update the Creative Cloud Desktop App (version 2.1.1.110) whenever I wake my computer from sleep mode, the application of desktop in the menu bar appears and it doesn't go away on its own as she used to. I have to click on the menu bar icon to disappear. Y at - it a setting or something that has changed?
