Creative office cloud says "No Internet Connection".

I actually downloaded photoshop trial version of the desktop application and after 1 week creative cloud app says "no internet Connection". I can't update my license because of this

Here are the steps I took to solve this problem in my laptop:

Step 1: Uninstall Adobe CC

Step 2: Uninstall all trial Versions of applications such as photoshop, illustrator of the Adobe Suite already installed.

Step 3: Download a new free creative cloud configuration file. Download the free trial version Adobe Creative Cloud. Do not use the installation file downloaded previously.

Step 4: Voila! Once downloaded Adobe CC, install it and once the installation is finished, it will prompt you to Sign In.

    If the reset of the router fixes the problem you should probably watch that as the culprit. Check the software/firmware for the router and see if you can borrow to someone router to test.

  • Creative Office Cloud app crashes during sleep

    This problem has start only occurring with in recent weeks. Whenever I come to my Mac, in the morning, I have attached the displayed window pop.

    I can press the button exit and then restart creative cloud, but it is obvious that something is wrong. Someone else has had this problem, found a fix?

    I did recently power off Auto-implementation to date due to the problem with one of the previous versions of Creative Cloud Desktop, deletion of data for some users, this is the only change I made recently.

    Hi, I need to buy for one of my clients a gov license for creative cloud for teams - complete, but this license will be on a mac installed in a prison where prisoners can work on but aren't "allowed to go on the internet - then, simplyfing, there will be no internet at all. "


    We will install the license before delivering the mac, but I have been informed that licenses must have an internet connection every 99 days or they will be off, is this true?


    Are there other options like the old, full licenses? Pure OO customer must put the mac in wifi once every 3 months to maintain the subscription?

    CC, the computer with the installed programs must connect all 99 days, if you have an annual subscription and paid annually.

    more frequent (every 30 days) are required for a monthly subscription.

    You can still buy licenses perpetual cs6 which is sufficient to connect to the internet when programs are installed and activated, Creative Suite 6

  • Can not activate my LR6, says "no internet connection". Help, please.

    I just bought a new copy of LR 6 (series license, download, no CC). Download went well. As with the installation process. When I finally started the program it tells me to connect to Adobe ID to register/activate the program. If I start the process it says the certificate is invalid and asks me if I want to move forward. Then I hit Yes. The wheel turns and after a few seconds/minutes, it tells me that I am not connected to the internet, even though I am and everything works fine.

    I tried the following:

    -checked my system time settings in Windows and BIOS

    -disable/remove Firewall (Comodo)

    -checked my host file

    -tried to connect in Windows safe mode

    -created a no account w user with administration rights

    -added the GlobalSign Root CA certificate to my certification authorities trusted root

    -many-/ relocations

    In addition, the Adobe Manager application gives me code error 12175 (download error) and even does not start correctly. Cancellation of what it is a PC brand new with a new Win 7 Setup. Everything else, including the internet connection works fine.

    I would be grateful for any tips, because I'd like to use the new LR 6. Otherwise, I might have to seek a refund.

    After the upgrade to 9.3 different applications like hay day and yahoo weather, say I have no internet connection, but the internet is fine.     Tap settings > general > reset > reset network settings

    You will need to re enter your Wi - Fi password.

    Then see if these apps work as it should.

    Sometimes, the network settings on an iOS device can be damaged during a update.

    If this does not help, delete the apps that are no internet connection then re download from the App Store.

    Try the following steps.

    I would first disconnect the router and the printer for about 1 minute. I would plug the router first then the printer. I would then try to access the scan for new email app. If not successful, and you get the same error message. I'd follow these steps.

    1 obtain the IP address of your printer

    a. This can be done by pressing the icon on the printer wireless.

    2. Enter the printer's IP address in a browser.

    3. Select the tab network at the top of the page.

    4. on the left, select network.

    5. Select Network (IP) address

    6. select manual DNS server

    a. manual Preferred DNS should read 8.8.8.8

    b. alternate DNS server should read. 8.8.4.4

    7. Select apply you could get a fair warning select OK.

    This happens when your system is not able to connect to the activation server. There may be several reasons for this such as firewall is not letting this respect to establish, or sometimes the Adobe entries in the hosts file.

    You can check the hosts file and remove all the entries of her Adobe.

    Location of the hosts file

    Windows; - C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

    Mac: - window of the Open finder - click on go--> go to folder---> / etc---> press enter

    Open the file with Notepad (windows), textedit (mac) hosts
