Creative office of cloud has failed to update. (Error code: 2)

Hello

I'm working on an iMac at work and a macbook at home.  I come into work and Illustrator cannot sync with my fonts and when I go to the cloud I get Creative Cloud Desktop could not be updated. (Error code: 2).

I have no idea what this means and am frustrated that, even though I am connected to Illustrator and if I use Safari and go to Typekit I am connected Typekit, but when I try to sync the fonts I get a message in Illustrator telling me it is not able to update and to move towards the cloud where I get the error message.

Tried to update the cloud app and it fails.

Someone had the same problem?

I'll have to go home to work on a small screen until the issue is resolved - not happy @.

Thanks Drawingbuddy.  I also recommend review Error Code 2 has no update Creative Cloud Desktop app that provides up-to-date information on how to resolve this error.
