  CS5.5 does not require a login, so there must be something else requiring that you.  Maybe it's the security of your system requires you to login to allow installation.

  Solution: -.

  (1) right-click on the shortcut file "Adobe Flash Catalyst CS5.lnk"

  2) click on the shortcut tab

  (3) add the following setting -data "catalyst %APPDATA%\Adobe\Flash" (after "C:\program file (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe Flash Catalyst.exe ')

  This step will redirect files and folders created when running the user profile.

  I got a license for creative suite cs5, just bought a mac os x 10.11 book 'el capitan', downloaded more on adobe.com and when I try to open the installation program can't open it and it gives the following message "'Install' is damaged and you must move it to the trash.

  This error message is a bit misleading. What happened is that CS5 that was issued before the "custodian" is not "signed" and installation is blocked because it is considered to be "unreliable".

  Solution: Temporarily set to "Everywhere" and then open the dmg file.

  I had to reinstall Windows and consequently lost my copy of my Creative Suite CS5. I tried to reinstall it but it requires a serial number. I have contact with my promo code adobe but they say it's an end of life products and they are unable to provide this without the cc version. I would rather not rebuy it like the suite CS5 suited to my needs. How can I get my serial number? It has been recorded in the past to my e-mail address and coupon code so I can prove that I bought more but I really need this regustered.

  I'm having trouble installing the creative suite cs5.5 on my mac. I used the link to the adobe site and download the installer, but when I try to jot pen to actually download the suite it does not. I tried several times and it never works. I had more on my computer before, but my computer crashed and I lost the programs so I'll try to get back them. I have the key to license and all ready but I can't get the installer to open and download the suite. I checked the system requirements and I am sure that I have everything, so I don't know why it does not work.  What should I do?

  MoeGhazal I have reviewed your account and it seems that you have upgraded to a volume license CS4 Design Premium for an upgrade of retail Design Premium 5.5.

  I also shows that you have made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium, but the second purchase was cancelled.  Make sure that you use the serial number that ends in 7886.

  If you are using the correct serial number, then it is likely, that the installer won't recognize your serial number of volume license CS4 as being valid for upgrade.  If you can contact our support team you can be traversed through an unlocking procedure to allow you to proceed with the installation.  You can contact our team of support directly in Contact with the customer.  You can try to install a web browser, you have not previously used.  It of probably a toolbar or other software applications affect your ability to access the media cat successfully.

  If you are unable to reach our support team, then please check your account information is accurate.  If you can please then update this discussion after the confirmation of this so I can ask a member of our support team contact you directly.

  I know it's late, but I just encountered this problem even after you have reinstalled cs5 on OS X 10.11

  Manual updates did not work, but I found this link to update the update manager that solved the problem:
