  today I tried to install my old suite creative CS4 (design standard student edition) on my new Mac I. I did the uninstall on my old mac book, but if I try to use the serial number, there is a red cross on the right side tells me that it s works do not. The serial number is good, I checked it several times. IM connected to the internet etc, so it's not the problem.

  I am owner of an edition of Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5 purchased Design Premium student-teacher, I graduated from a college in four years, in 2014. I always have an ID of the paper version of my community college, as the only form of valid evidence that I was a student, my four year old ID has been moved.

  It would be nice to use my ID Community College to install the CS5.5 on my Mac Book Pro?

  MoeGhazal I have reviewed your account and it seems that you have upgraded to a volume license CS4 Design Premium for an upgrade of retail Design Premium 5.5.

  I also shows that you have made two purchases of CS5.5 Design Premium, but the second purchase was cancelled.  Make sure that you use the serial number that ends in 7886.

  If you are using the correct serial number, then it is likely, that the installer won't recognize your serial number of volume license CS4 as being valid for upgrade.  If you can contact our support team you can be traversed through an unlocking procedure to allow you to proceed with the installation.  You can contact our team of support directly in Contact with the customer.  You can try to install a web browser, you have not previously used.  It of probably a toolbar or other software applications affect your ability to access the media cat successfully.

  You can check with the seller from whom you purchased the software on how to install it correctly.  Serial numbers are not normally required to install applications.  They are normally needed for activation after installation.

  If you got passed to installation and activation does not work, then you should contact the Adobe Support by chat or phone when you have the serial number and activation problems.

  I'm having trouble installing the creative suite cs5.5 on my mac. I used the link to the adobe site and download the installer, but when I try to jot pen to actually download the suite it does not. I tried several times and it never works. I had more on my computer before, but my computer crashed and I lost the programs so I'll try to get back them. I have the key to license and all ready but I can't get the installer to open and download the suite. I tired: install Java 2015-001, uninstalled, and reinstalled the Creative Suite, renamed the file manager services with '.bak' and nothing works.   If El Capitan Mac (or the new operating system of Sierra) read below

  CS6 and previous programs have not been tested and will not be updated to run on Mac El Capitan

  -which means you are trying to use CS6 and earlier at YOUR risk of having problems

  -You can get CS6 and previous programs to install and run, or you can not (some do, some don't)

  But... If you have an old program, it is only certified to run with an old operating system

  I bought PS CS5 Student Edition for many years.  Last year, my computer crashed and died.  My new computer doesn't have a hard drive - download Photoshop, so I tried downloading it from the Adobe Web site.  The download works fine until I have try to put in my verification code.  Slots require more digits of code I have, and my code also has letters in addition to the number.

  I've seen references to uninstall from previous computers and reinstall on the new, but my old computer is dead I don't know what to try next.

  Bugs/ideas/help would be much appreciated.

  Your serial number will be only numeric characters, 24 of them, so the code you are trying to enter is not what you need to enter

  I'm trying to re - install my Adobe creative suite cs5 after that I had to get a new computer a virus.
  
  Unfortunately, I have the installation CD is no longer and have just discovered they no longer support these versions and Setup Online is not available! Anyone have an idea where I could get a copy of the CD to install this software? Or, I'm out of luck and a little big...: ( )
