  If you're referring at the origin of Creative Suite (CS1) then this activation server was closed by Adobe a few years ago.

  The only way to re - install now is to download a new version without activation for CS2 (also applies to CS1 owners).

  Install, then enter the new, without activation serial number provided at this link (column next to the download link). Your existing serial number no longer works.

  The Mac version does not work on Windows. Just return the product to the Mac version, and buy the Windows version. If you want to Exchange instead of return, then contact the Support from Adobe to make a swap of platform. Chat support is better to solve this problem.

  Hi all

  I had to reinstall Windows and consequently lost my copy of my Creative Suite CS5. I tried to reinstall it but it requires a serial number. I have contact with my promo code adobe but they say it's an end of life products and they are unable to provide this without the cc version. I would rather not rebuy it like the suite CS5 suited to my needs. How can I get my serial number? It has been recorded in the past to my e-mail address and coupon code so I can prove that I bought more but I really need this regustered.

  You should always uninstall programs.  Before that, however, you must disable by opening one of the applications in each different Suite and by selecting help-> Deactivate.

  I'm having trouble installing the creative suite cs5.5 on my mac. I used the link to the adobe site and download the installer, but when I try to jot pen to actually download the suite it does not. I tried several times and it never works. I had more on my computer before, but my computer crashed and I lost the programs so I'll try to get back them. I have the key to license and all ready but I can't get the installer to open and download the suite.
