  Your license allows you to have two facilities enabled, so you should be able to install on your new computer without having to turn off the old machine.

  Just to know, to turn it off you open one of the applications and choose Help-> Deactivate... it affects the whole of the suite.

  I recently bought a new laptop from a PC to Mac. I did some research and it seems that this is not a problem, but now I can't find the purchase I did a couple of years in my account more (there is nothing under the heading 'Products' or 'Order history' and I can't record with the serial code that 'she is registered' front) even if I downloaded it twice until I change my computer from time to time. I feel that I'm missing something here, not sure if it's my account or something else. Any help would be great!

  The serial number of your PC does not work for Mac. You need to do a swap of platform in order to use the software on your new computer, and the only Creative Suite fulfilling the conditions for this is CS6. If it is indeed CS6 you try to switch, you will need to Contact Adobe Customer Care via chat to request an Exchange. Make sure that you are connected to the Adobe ID associated with your Creative Suite before accessing the chat.   I had a copy of Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium on my Macbook Pro but had to run on it's own installation as I was running into problems in software.

  I'm currently trying to re install the software on the MBP but its throwing an error when you try to install.

  The file I downloaded Adobe has been DesignPremium_CS5_LS1.dmg

  I guess its with OSX compatibility online because I didn't have this problem in the past...

  It all depends on you what serial key. If it's a windows serial key, it will run only on windows machine and vice - versa.

  You cannot use it on Windows and Mac.
