Creative use of cloud problems
We currently have 8 users creative cloud, all merrily going about their daily business without any problem.
Yesterday, we configure the number nine for this user and the user, we have problems.
His account is configured in the same way as for the other eight.

We followed the suggestions of the forum, including: a complete uninstall of all cloud products and then use the "AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool", and then re - install the CC followed by re - app install InDesign and Illustrator, we find that we are exactly the same situation.

I am trying to download acrobat pro dc creative use of clouds packer. It fails every time. It seems like PAC and do the package, but then when I try to install (acrobat pro dc) nothing happens. Installation starts but there no acrobat pro CD is installed.
Hi Pavle,
The installer for Acrobat is different from the rest Cloud Creative applications that is why when you create a package by using Creative Cloud Packager, there are two folders created:-
(1) build-->> all upward for all Applications of Cloud Creative except Acrobat.
(2) exceptions-->> Contains for Acrobat and the Muse.
You will need to install Acrobat first through the Exceptions folder. Select the option to install as a trial or a subscription.
Then install the creative rest of Cloud applications through generation file, it will install the applications and your copy of Acrobat license also.

Absolutely - Just make sure that you are connected to the internet once a month so that you can validate your membership. As long as your memberhship information remains connected to a valid mailing address and the credit card registered in a country that takes in charge CC, you can access creative cloud from anywhere.

Sign of creative cloud problems
Creative Cloud desktop application is connected to a non-existent e-mail address, witch naturaly cannot be verified. I can't sign connect with the real address, I can't uninstall. I was stuck in this kafka nightmare ' ish this morning - please help.

and if you uninstall all cc, you should probably own by the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems

Your concerns are justified. Adobe will provide you with is no longer a significant technical support. I have an office with 5 designers and CS6. I was forced to upgrade to creative cloud after that some users might no longer work on important documents. Adobe support only response was that they could not help us unless we went to CC. Once we improved the problem continued and they helped us finally to solve the problem. Its very simple. Adobe does not want the customers there to own anything. You must purchase the software for at least a year by subscription and your work hostage. My advice is to start to find and use other tools. We started to search for other tools.
