Creative wheel of progress of Cloud Desktop turns permanently on the second machine installation

When you try to install my CC subscription on my laptop (OS X 10.9.5 system), once that Creative Cloud Desktop is installed in the wheel of progress in the Apps section just turns continuously and nothing else happens. I tried the solutions advocated in the Adobe sites but the problem persists. Any suggestions please?

  • Creative cloud for teams - the only software to test on the second Machine

I recently bought the creative cloud for my office teams.  Currently, there is only one license, I am the user as well as the administrator of the team.  I could be wrong, but I thought that my license allows for me to install applications on both machines, but any application I am trying to add to my second machine is still in trial mode and pushes me to purchase a new membership of cloud or enter a serial number.

I tried myself deleting the user, forwarding of the invitation to join the CC for teams, clicked on the link in my email to accept and implement Creative Cloud Desktop on my second machine, ensured that I was signed the account and tried to download Photoshop, Lightroom, and Muse, but can not get out them of test mode.  I tried to update the applications, and I also uninstalled them completely disconnected (e) Creative Cloud, cleaned my browser cache, signed lounging and reinstalled the software, no luck.  I'm always invited to the numbers on my second machine.

    I'm doing something wrong?

    Thank you!

Sheena, I'm sorry I forgot to mention in my last post that I contact the support, thank you.  That's how I discovered the mistake with the billing address, and so it was assumed that that was the problem, but it turns out that it wasn't.  I managed to find the culprit after learning that my system was not a new one, I thought. He was a former owner who changed the Hosts file some time ago, when they were probably pirated software installed on it.  Cleaned up the entries in the Hosts file and everything works now.

  • HP Support Assistant on my laptop or desktop does not detect the other machine.

HP Support Assistant on my desktop or my laptop does not detect the other machine.  They are both on the same network.  Both are HP machines. Both are running Windows 10.  Is normal.  I would like to kind of monitor my desktop with my laptop when I'm away from home.

    @bmedbury

The behavior you describe is normal - the HP Support Assistant is a program "per computer", in other words, each program HPSA lies and keeps track of just a computer on which the program is installed.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop install fails and stops just during installation!

Help, please! I tried to upgrade to Adobe CC Office 2015 (updated June 16) and nothing happens just empty, lost all the features, was not yet able to leave adobe cc or access any info or apps.

To try to solve this problem, I had a bum steer on another forum saying uninstall Adobe CC Office including all my applications (first pro, media encoder, after effects, lightroom, speed grade), then reinstall.

Since the withdrawal of all software, I have downloaded the Office Installer Adobe CC and tried to install, but stop just an average quarter thanks to the installation!

I have Adobe Creative Cloud subscription for the Faculty and staff and have lost everything!

It worked for me. Adobe CC now works again and the applications are broken no longer.

  • HP Desktop turns on but the screen says no signal?

I have a hp slimline s3020n PC which used fully turn on... monitor reads "no signal", but the office is on (lights up and I can hear the fan). I already bought a new monitor and a new cable, but it still does the same thing, which leads me to believe this is not not a parts problem. I also tried to reset the BIOS of the computer but nothing happens... can someone help me as to what I can do?

    Hello

As there is a message 'no signal' you work your way back to the screen and the connection cable to the graphics card and the motherboard to make sure that everything is connected.

Buying a new monitor is an expensive way to solve this problem, you can swap comes to a friend's computer to see, this is the cause.

Here are the specs of your computer:

    http://www.HP.com/hpinfo/newsroom/press_kits/2007/desktopdesign/ds_s3020n.PDF

You have replaced the monitor and cable between the monitor and the computer, the next thing to look at is the graphics card.

As it is a desktop computer, you can open and edit the graphics hardware.

If it is not the graphics card (onboard), this is normally a problem within the motherboard itself.

Do you get that unique "beep" when you turn on your computer, which means that the motherboard has spent his own self test (POST), or you receive a series of 'beeps '?

If you do not receive a single "beep" you have hardware problems.

    See you soon.

    1. right click the icon of speaker near right lower clock - peripheral of reading

Highlight speakers - properties (right same low page) - tab improvements - check Disable all the
    Sound effect apply - OK

    2. check the configuration - Device Manager - sound, video and game controller

Note name and complete model of the audio device - full decription - now double click it.
Driver tab - notice the driver version. Then click on set to update driver (maybe nothing like MS is far
behind the pilots of certification). Then right CLICK on the device - UNINSTALL - REBOOT - it will refresh
    the driver stack.

Now go to system Maker and look for the updated drivers (or get the same if no new) it will be
your rescue. Download - SAVE - go to where you put it-RIGHT click in it - RUN AS ADMIN

Then do the same for the manufacturer of the device (like Realtek or who made the device).

NOTE: Sound often restore drivers in order to check the version after installing and restarting
to see if the version you have installed is there, if not reinstall - restart until it is. He
may take several tries depending on the recommitments how much he made.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

  • Windows 7 if please do not turn off or unplug your machine installation update 12 of 14

Restarted the computer and above the message was displaying more than an hour?  Is this reasonable?  What can I do to return as soon as possible?

If you are connected to the Internet, try to disconnect, this means, unplug your router or Ethernet connection. You can try to do a cold start, start the download of the machine updates, then disconnect from the Internet and install them. Releasing it's easy: with Windows | ActiveWin | Laptops | Microsoft MVP

  • Creative Cloud Desktop app can not update all apps?

Hi, apologies if this is a common question, but I couldn't find a solution that solved my problem anywhere. I recently bought a new Toshiba satellite. I use a wacom intuos 4 and downloaded the drivers available on my laptop. The laptop is windows 10. Then I downloaded the demo version of the adobe creative cloud desktop application and downloaded the trial versions of Photoshop, flash/animate after effects and pro first.

Initially I had problems to download my first app, Photoshop, but finally it downloaded and installed. However now I remember constantly that the updates are available for my apps but whenever I try to update I get a "Failed to update" message "unable to reach the Adobe servers. Please check your internet connection, firewall settings and then try again. »

My internet connection is fine, I removed Mcafee security and then turned off my firewall, windows defender break '! s real-time protection, rebooted and still all refuse to update. Photoshop opens and seems to work ok from what I can tell. Is there something on my laptop which is in conflict with the CC app? The tests even update? I was about to buy the complete suite but this app has had a lot of trouble up to now. I hope someone can help me find a solution.

Thank you very much in advance

    Don

You can also view guests. It may be necessary to empty the hosts file. He gets sometimes dotted with additional ip address break subsequent attempts to activation and they should all be deleted.

Click Start > run, then type: % systemroot % \system32\drivers\etc and then press ENTER.

Or just browse in the path and find the hosts file in the etc folder

    C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc

Right-click on the hosts file, and then select open. Select the application Notepad open the hosts file.

Save the hosts file: Choose file > save as, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.

Look for the original hosts file for entries that reference activate.adobe.com (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and remove these entries.

Save and close to overwrite the file.
