  Hi, I had this problem since the first beta version of Photoshop CS6, through several different computers. And the problem is the following:

  The new blur filters available in CS6 failed to screen controls visible at all (those that allow you to adjust the position and force and other parameters), as shown in the videos and tutorials marketing. • Missing in Photoshop CS4 crop tool

  I'm fairly new to photoshop, but it seems to me be the crop tool in the toolbar. I've updated to the latest version and have had a couple of people check it out, and no one can understand what/why/where it is absent. None of the forums I've been on can explain this phenomenon either. Anyone know how I can recover the crop tool?

  When I use the new crop tool in CS6 to reduce a large portrait of a small for the Web, the image is way oversharpened.

  If I take the same picture and use resize the Image and use Billinear or bicubic smooth I get much better results.

  The General method of resampling is in preferences > General in CS6, as in CS5.

  The default value of CS6 is bicubic automatic that uses bicubic smoother and Bicubic Sharper, by reducing the number of pixels by increasing the number of pixels. Many of us don't like extreme sharpening of Bicubic Sharper.

  The default value of CS5 is bicubic simple, so default CS6 set as you wish.

  Note that in your Options Panel in the upper part, you have 3:2 (4:6). To the left of that, right click on the crop tool icon and select Reset tool as in the screenshot, I sent earlier. This will change the options of the report tool that you see in my screenshot.

• 64-bit version of Adobe Photoshop CS6 no longer displays in the framework program

  A few days ago, I have somehow a virus on my computer laptop windows 7. With the anti-virus software, I was able to quickly identify and remove it from my system. After I deleted the virus I noticed that my 64-bit Photoshop CS6 shortcut missing from my desk. I even went in my computer > programs and it does not show up there. Photoshop CS6 32-bit is still there and it works fine.

  I was wondering should I re - install CS6 on my count and if I do this should I disable my current version before that I re - install?

  You can re - install the 64-bit version. Personally, I'd rather wipe a system infected by the virus and start over.

  Does anyone know why in Bridge cs6 in the 'Tools' tab, my "Photoshop" option is missing?  That's how I always treated batch images.  In Bridge, choose the images to process, I in the 'Tools' tab to the 'Photoshop' option then 'Processor of Image' and process.  Now when I go into my 'Tools' tab there no options: options and Cache rename batch, 4 types of related metadata.  Can someone tell me why this happened and how to fix it?  Thank you!!!

  This problem went on for two days.  I tried many suggestions but nothing worked immediately.  All of a sudden I turned on my computer last night and it's been fixed... inexplicably.  Don't know what worked, but something has.  Thank you for taking the time to offer advice.
