  The required at least that camera raw files Camera Raw 6.7. This means that you need Photoshop CS5 or newer. You have several options. You can subscribe to the plan of creative photography cloud and have the latest Photoshop and Lightroom. You could buy Photoshop Elements. You could buy Lightroom 6 (stand-alone version). Or, if you do not have to spend money, you can download the latest Adobe's DNG Converter and create DNG copies that you can use with what you have now.

  Desperately need a new laptop computer and I know that it will come with Win7.  Can someone tell me DEFINITIVELY if my suite complete CS3 will run on Win7?  My current computer has XP and I don't have the money to purchase a new full mastersuite, but need to upgrade to a new laptop.  Someone managed to uninstall and reinstall on a new hard drive for Win7?   Follow up to my original question on CS3 mastersuite working under Win7. I've found a workaround.

  If you buy the upgrade of 'Windows 7 Premium', you get the option to download 'XP Mode' which runs in a remote window in XP mode under Win7. Essentially, you have two operating systems of functioniong and Win7 calls the "Windows Virtual PC" function. I installed the suite CS3 full and use all the components as usual in XP for a few months now. XP mode also allows you to install software that works under XP and not in Win7 emulating XP (acutally I just think it's a double o/s) XP mode also funtions as normal requiring updates regular and such, so you get periodically the odd Windows notifications and pop ups when the XP mode. The remote application window displays the resolution the program active a little weird, but so far other than some access to and recording speed, did not affect the output in any way. Now that my diet a little resouces using 2 O/Ss, making it run a little slow, tax and the navigation tree is also a bit hidden, but I can live with this.  Its a good compromise. The upgrade of Windows 7 Premium was $99 compared to those who complete what for an upgrade of CS5.  As soon as I win the lottery, I'll update. In the meantime, I'm super excited to be able to reuse my tools of Adobe's favorite.  YAY!

I rebooted for printer drivers and no luck, I did the power down and restarts on both and not go. It just says: usb device is not recognized. Help

  Since 1994, I have used a Mac, and making the PC switch a feel like a traitor. Had a strange

  dream about it last night and my Mac friends say I'll pay for it. I need a much more powerful new

  computer for business I get now and just can't afford the price of the top of the Mac line.

  It is purely a decision of business/money. Sometimes I use my wife's PC and it drives me crazy, but I think

  I'll be able to work with the 8 installation of the new window.

• problem with to get CS3 to work under windows 7 64-bit

  My old XP computer (that I had installed CS3) died and I bought a HP laptop with win 7 64 bit preinstalled. During the installation of CS3, about 75%, a warning has popped up that says "adobepdf.dll is needed, pls insert CD vista". Given that I don't have vista and I'm under win 7, I hit ca
  NCEL and installation continue without problem, apparently.

  Once installation is complete. When I tried to open Photoshop and acrobat, the program tried to load (I could see the gray screen of photoshop, but not logo) and would become 'unresponsive' almost immediately and just at a standstill. With illustrator and indesign, I see even any screen, as if the computer just ignored me. However, under the tab "processes" in the Task Manager, I could see the .exe files listed as 'process', but nothing in the "applications" tab I checked the memory and it is obvious that the memory use has increased once tried to open applications. It looks like apps take memory but has not appeared. The only program that runs successfully is the bridge.

  Adobe representative me: Please follow the steps below:

  Insert the Windows 7 CD to find AdobePDF.dll, go to the
  AdobePDF.dll_64 in DATA1. CAB which is included in the Adobe install file
  s. to copy the file on your system and rename AdobePDF.dll and then install it.

  Given that I have not the cd of w7 (HP comes presintalled and does not include a win7 OEM disc) and I can't do the above. In addition, I'm not sure that my problem could be solved by the above. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

• IX2 doesn't quite work

  Hi guys/girls,

  I recently bought an IX2 on eBay and I can't seem to connect to it.

  When I plug it in I have a white power led and HDD LED blue, but after 10 seconds, the white power light turns to a blinking red LED.

  I tried the following:

  • Now the reset with the unit button for 15 seconds
  • Now the reset button for 20 seconds, then while holding down the reset button, I removed the power cord for 15 seconds and then plugged the power back in while holding the button reset for 20 seconds

  I downloaded Lenovo EMC storage manager which does not find the device. I tried to plug the device on our network (leading to take down of our case management server and our server for some reason-oops) and also plug directly into a laptop.

  I can hear the rotation of the disk and blue HDD LED blinks it seems to read disks ok. I also read somwhere that the first time you turn it can last up to 3 hours to initialize, so I left the next day for the rest of the day, then over night and still nothing.

  Inside trainings are 2 Western Digital 3 TB WD30EZRX.

  I can't find a solution anywhere, HELP!

  Just to update you we have failed to solve the problems.

  Here's how we've done, I hope it helps someone else.

  1. Connected device via an ethernet cable to an XP laptop
  2. Activate UPNP detection, click Start, click Help and Support. In the browser, help and support, search UPnP and follow the steps to "install the UPnP infrastructure".
  3. Installed Antamedia DHCP Server and configure a DHCP scope (after a couple of turns and all holding the reset button does not pick up an IP - we are gone for 10 minutes came back and there a) I suggest you re-start the laptop after you configure the DHCP scope to ensure.
  4. Connected to the device via Internet Explorer 8 (no idea if he will be allowed on the other browsers/versions)
  5. We did excellent work! Soon, we had to know that we were premature in our celebrations!
  6. It was not detect all readers... Then we did a complete reset of the web interface and it works now!

  I hope this helps anyone else having the same problems as me, probably in 4 years time when someone googles the issue they have

  I have a HP Pavilion dv7 purchased 2009. I got a low disk space error yesterday and done a disc cleanup, but I did not stop then.

  I ran two tests, and no error messages have been detected. All this time, I was remove unwanted files and it works well. I guess it's the battery, I just bought this November to replace the original. Similar cases such as this one occurred while the first battery is dead. Thank you very much for your help DavidPK!

  This sounds like a problem of keyboard input buffer . There are a number of issues pending with the keyboard buffer caused by software such as constant guard or GuardIDencryption. If you have installed the encryption of typing software, especially Comcastconstant guard, I can't recommend disabling/uninstalling software or specific assistance in support of the software publisher's web site.
