  If you mean that you want only installed CS5 is possible.  Just install CS5 and when you go to turn it on, after you enter a valid serial CS5 number you will be asked to identify the eligible product (CS4 in your case), and then to provide the serial number for CS4 as proof that you qualify for the use of the CS5 upgrade.

  Avoid copying files from one computer to the other. It won't work. You run out of hidden files scattered around the hard drive and interrupt the licensing mechanism.

  Uninstall what you can the normal way via the Control Panel, and then use the CS cleanup tool.  Then try to reinstall. You might want to try an installation download rather than the disc if it continues to fail.

  I launch Adobe bridge, point to the folder that includes files to JPEG and nef. each file that is

  CS2 product activation has been abandoned, but you can use your old serial number as a serial number eligible for CS4.

  You are entitled to replacements for CS2, but do not use the upgraded replacement for CS4 serial numbers, I don't think they will work.

  The CS/CS2 activation servers have been removed. Download CS2 and use the new number given to the right of the download link.
