• First CS5, CS6 update ~ Crashed multicam-HELP!

  I used PPro CS5 for awhile with no problems.  Recently purchased Production Premium CS6.

  There the upgrade to Premiere CS6.

  I do not uninstall CS5.

  I kept the CS5 because I have a project to end up in CS5.  I tried to open the old project in CS6, but there are some filters, etc. missing.

  I need to finish the old project of CS5, and then I can uninstall it.

  Now, Multicam won't work in CS5 or CS6, and I'm stuck not being able to finish my project!

  Can't have both installed at the same time because the multicam interface is different in CS5 and CS6? They are in conflict?

  Is there a way to uninstall CS6 until I finished my project CS5?

The first payment is made, I installed creative cloud but when I go in the "Apps" menu it only allow me to test the software. I save the number of validation.

  Recently, I bought a version update (version downloaded from the Adobe website) CS5.5 Design Premium to CS6 Web & Design Premium.

  After you start Setup, I wrote the Registration Code, it correctly acknowledges but says on my computer, it is not the program it seeks for... goal CS5.5 is on this computer, and i have already done all possible updates!

  I bought CS6 update because Adobe.com said that it is possible to update it is in possession of CS5.5

  I tried to contact Adobe without feedback. Could I ask you if you know how to help me please?

  I understand that one or two your serial numbers is a volume license? The statement of limited WARRANTY is for volume license management. If your upgrade CS6 or your CS5.5 is a volume license product and you have downloaded an installer for a commercial version of CS6, serial numbers will be refused.

  Unfortunately I'm not an expert in the management and volume license installation, but usually download links and installation instructions are available in your LWS account. Because you're not still see your CS6 buy there, I recommend you Contact the customeragain. A chat or telephone representative can examine your products and plans and take corrective action if necessary.

  If I misunderstood your last response and your serial numbers are, in fact, sales at retail, is your CS5.5 also a version upgrade? In rare cases, the Setup program returns an error when calling the serial number for a product is also an upgrade. • Lightroom 4.3 options "in Edit"... "lost on Photoshop of CS5 at CS6 update

  I posted this course in the Photoshop forum but someone there suggested it would be a better place, while trying to avoid a uninstall/reinstall Lightroom...

  I spent the afternoon trying to understand this, but have had anywhere I hope someone here can shed some light on a problem I hit since my installation of Photoshop of CS5 update to CS6 a week ago. I use Lightroom 4.3 and everything was fine when I got PS CS5 installed. Since the installation of CS6, however, Lightroom cannot find more my installation of Photoshop and, accordingly, all specific Photoshop 'Edit in...' options in Lightroom ('Merge to panorama', 'Open as smart object', 'Open as layers', etc.) are greyed out. I use these a lot and would like to really get back them, but I don't see anything that allows me to Lightroom to my installation of Photoshop except adding as a new external editor (which is not restore these options).

  Any ideas?

  This can occur if you uninstalled CS5 CS6 post-installation. If that's what you were doing, then try reinstalling CS6

• Same file in CS5 CS6 can animate CC?

  If you work on a file in CS5 with updated animations in place, can open the same file in CS6 and yo expect (hope) a lot if not all animations and settings on the timeline to be maintained? And then also can open later on the road in CC host and wait (hope for) the same thing?

  I realize that you can't go back for the most part, if I save it in CS6 I won't be able to open it in CS5... but I'm just if questioned the meaning opposite versions and if there is nothing on the lookout for in terms of lose quality or functionality to work with the file in a later version. (this will seem like a counterintuitive question to some, but humor please my need to overanalyze and think all angles thanks!)

  The biggest problem, you can hit is with TLF text. If you have used those that they will turn into normal text fields.

  That said, you can open the CS5 FLA in Animate, no need to go through CS6. If you want to take a FLA to animate and give it to someone with CS5, you can open the FLA lead in CS6 and do a save as to get a CS5 version.

  When you open the FLA animate in CS6 you will see a message about how it was created in a later version of Flash Pro, but it should still work if you have not used any CC or Animate features.

  Well, then when I updated Windows 8, all my apps have been removed. Now I'm 10 Windows, and I have a problem with the installation of Photoshop.

  When I was with Windows 8, I could easily install and download Photoshop CC with the creative cloud, but I can't do it now. Sometimes the creative cloud is not open / launch no matter how many times I click on it. And then there are moments where he throws, but shows only the symbol of loading on it. I tried the solutions here: App does not open. Wheel of progress constantly calls , but none of the solutions work. As I said, they don't work, but they do to a certain extent. And to that extent, they help to launch, but don't fix the loading symbol.   So, I decided to try other versions (cs5, cs6, etc.) and I get the same message every time I try to install it. And I obviously can't download Adobe Support Advisor because it is discontinued, so I'm kinda stuck.
