CS6 design and update Web Premium question
Hello - I had to reinstall the rest of the CD, and I have problems with the update. Adobe Update Manager does not work and when I click on updates of the PS, for example, I found a message that says I need to install creative cloud. I did and my installed version is not recognized as I am presented with options for stuff on subscription only, which I have interest no one in fact. Is the Manager of obsolete original update now and if so, how can I manually update my CS installation to the latest version please?

My problem is solved... Soft, but good enough.
I restored from a backup. I'm always invited by Adobe Application Manager for an update required , which I finished. This time however, I didn't sign with my code to identify Adobe as mentioned in the initial report, this is the point where the update starts looking for facilities creative cloud rather than my Creative Suite applications.
I am able to update my applications now using the update option in the application itself. Adobe Application Manager continues to insist on finding creative cloud.

You are allowed to have two facilities activated, so it shouldn't be a problem with facilities to work on both machines. If by chance you somehow tied up two activations for a machine you can have Adobe support help solve this cat thrue.

This is the error message when you try to install my CS6 Design and Web Premium, I received. I tried installing on another computer using Windows 7 without any problem, so I tend to believe that the problem is with Windows 7 on my machine. I recently had to do a clean install of the original operating system (Vista) and then to reload my upgrade to Windows 7. I tried to close all programs, including my Microsoft Security Suite and reinstall with the same result. I also tried to rename the Files\Common\Adobe\OOBE to OOBE.bak and resettlement program. I got the same result. I checked the logs of the fatal errors and did not. Any suggestions on how to fix this? My system is a 32-bit system running Windows 7 with Service Pack 1 and is up-to-date on all the latest updates. Download, installation, setting up

Error message when you reinstall Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium

I work in it and I'm trying to install Adobe CS6 - Design and Web Premium on a new laptop for a user. I already asked the user to uninstall CS6 of his current machine to release the license, I want to use it on the new machine. I use a CD to install the software, the installation is fine until it reaches 99% with an error message "failed to check the genuine Adobe software. The product you want to install is not a true software of Adobe and seems to be false.
I tried to run the application as an administrator, but it makes no difference. Is there something that I am missing?

Your license allows you to have two active facilities, so if you have only one, you can always install on another machine without touching the original installation. If you do not want the original installation, then you should disable at least opening one of the applications and selecting help-> Deactivate.

Some Windows product downloads include two files: a file .exe and .7z file. To install the software, it is necessary that the two files are downloaded and located in the same folder. Uninstall the trial version of CS6 design and web premium

So, I downloaded CS6 design and web premium trial using the PDF reader. I downloaded from a different drive. Problem is that when I try to read a pdf file of the trial version blocking it. I need to uninstall the trial version and has read and understand how problem is it looks like he wants to uninstall all my programs CS6. I n ' want to happen then, it will uninstall my paid for CS6 programs if I do this? If so how can I get rid of this thing without him taking my programs with it. You shouldn't have CS6 to read a PDF file. Adobe Reader should suffice for that. What about uninstallation is you should be able to select the individual application for removal, no matter what it is.

Have disabled my CS6 design and web premium on old mac but when I try to activate it on the new mac States the serial number is wrong... any ideas? I have not deleted my old copy of my previous mac yet. How can I get the copy transferred to activate.

Yes, you must uninstall and reinstall. Try to use the cleanup tool to uninstall it in order to ensure that the stage is set for a correct installation (I have not used it myself, so I can't say much on this subject).
