  Exactly how you export the image?

  Life of file > export? Check the option 'Use work plans' in the first dialog box.

  By Save fo Web? Check use artboard in the option on the right sode of the dialog box.

• SOLUTION: Get Win 7 printer drivers/HP Solution Center for work on Windows 8

  Took me some time to understand it, but I managed to do the work.

  First of all, the preliminaries:

  I have a laptop HP dv9700t running the 64-bit version of Windows 8 Pro RTM (not the preview, but I guess it will work as well on the preview).  My printer is a HP Photosmart C7280.  If you have a different printer, it is possible that something similar to how I solved my problem will help you, especially by running your installation in Windows 7 Compatibility Mode files.

  Windows 8 is provided with printer C7280 stock drivers that work by going to control panel > printers and devices > add a printer, but there is only limited to those features.  As such, I wanted to run the HP Setup files have increased functionality.

  Unfortunately, when I run the full installer of HP for my printer, there was no button 'Install a printer', or one of the other usual buttons.  There was only one button "quit".

  Here's how to let him run and install correctly.

  Right click on the HP full installation file, then properties > compatibility > then check the box "run this program in compatibility mode for:", select "Windows 7" in the drop-down list box, then click on 'OK'.

  Run the installation file as you would normally in Windows 7.

  I tried this two ways... first when you're connected via a USB cable.  It works perfectly without error.

  I also tried with the printer connected to the network via WiFi.  A few problems.

  The installation program detects my printer very well, and I clicked 'Next' or 'OK' or whatever the prompt was to install the printer.  The installation would hang 'Response of SNMP' (or something similar) and it would list the IP address of my printer.  I waited, waited, waited for an hour, and it would not go beyond that.  Not to worry.

  Proceed with the normal installation until you get the message 'Response of SNMP' and the installation fails.

  Enter with CTRL-ALT-DEL Task Manager.  You will see an entry in the 'Apps' to the installer of HP... DROP.

  Below the "Apps" list, you will see the list of "background processes".  In this list is something along the lines of "HP Network Interface user", or something similar, consuming a significant amount of CPU.  Highlight this entry and click "End task" downstairs.

  The "SNMP" window closes and your installer will end then normally and your printer/fax/scanner will be installed correctly.  HP Solution Center works normally, like printing, scanning, etc.

  The next person who uses that will give a few comments and also answer a few questions for me so I can update this post with more specific information?

  Please let me know what is the exact "SNMP" message when the installation is blocked.  Please let me also know that the exact name of the background process "HP Network User Interface" is, and the name of app Installation HP.

  This initial version of work plans in 2015 Ps includes only guides to the document level. We are actively working to address some of the issues you mention. We know that many people rely on guides, but also we wanted to not resisted publication of the plans of work for those who could use them as they are currently implemented. But guides improvements are very, very high on our backlog of work for work plans, so stay tuned!

  Illustrator CC: I have a few files, I work with and whenever I closed and reopened files, among the two work plans are removed and a new layer is created named "Guides for work plans.

  How can I stop this from happening?

  CC is the current choice, so this isn't the issue.

  Have you tried to save a new copy of the file, close and reopen? It allows to reproduce the behavior?

  Are you up-to-date on patches? (2015.2.1)

  I must of not been clear in my question, I want to say was is there a way to keep the guides for some plans of work and remove the guides where I don't want them.

  However, I found the answer to my question. I just create guides for the artboard itself which does not cross the limits of the artboard. Simply clicking the artboard and the drug guide.

  Hope that makes sense for those who want else knows how to do (other than objects, and then creating) guides for a work plan.

  My problem was to have several arboard forms crossing in the guides of other work plans.

• Duplication of the Guides at the duplication of work plans

  How do you duplicate the guides on a work plan during the duplication of the artboard? I tried to unlock the guides beforehand and sometimes some of the guides are duplicated, but not all.

  I noticed that the vertical rails that appear beyond the borders of the artboard tend to be more likely to reproduce, but as I say, sometimes some of them don't.

  Which also leads me to ask, why do guides go beyond the artboard and others not?

  I use CS5 on Mac.

  Create a new document, download the tool of work plan and place your guides to ensure that they are not locked. When finished, press the ESC key. Now duplicate your work plans.

• Why cannot export a work plan at 200% scale exceed past high 10000px

  I have a 320 x 9357 mobile design. To support the devices in the retina, I am trying to export and to scale my design of 200%, so the final dimensions must be 640 x 18714. When I right click the layer of the artboard and export... the result is an image to 354 x 10357. I have tested the same work plan, but reduced the height to 5000px. The result came out perfect, 640 x 10000. To check this case, I created a work plan of the same design but to 640 x 18714, he exported, but it did not apply to 200%. The result is out, true to size, 640 x 18714. Can I deduce that it is a bug with the function "export as" for work plans at the measurement of 200% at the same time?   I have trouble getting the right size of the image when I export my work. After that I put my the artboard size, I export the image in Dreamweaver. When the image in dreamweaver, the "cropped" portions of the image are still there. Basically, the height and width of the image, I work with Illustrator is on 3 "x 4", but I only want displayed to 2 in. x 3 and didn't seem to do it with the tool of work plan.

  If you use save for web, make sure that "clip for work plan" is checked under the tab size of the image.

  Working with work plans, I noticed that the guides that I drag are layers under work plans I do not currently use.  I saw guides that are available in the workspace that are layered above all work plans.  What is the command to switch between the two types of guides?

  The position of the guides depends on what is selected when you drag them off the leaders.

  With a work plan selected, drag the guides of the rule to the canvas. These guides now move with the artboard. You can also duplicate a work plan with the guides assigned to assign identical to the duplicated artboard guides. Alternatively, you can select view > new layout Guide for target work plans you want. To set the visibility options guide, select view > Show > Guides of the artboard.

  Or select a layer, drag the guides of the rule to the canvas. To set the visibility options guide, select view > Show > Web Guides.
