  I use RoboHelp 11. The software product I am documenting is modular, so help is also divided into numerous CHMS (requirement).   Keep a tab of discussion open for them. If there is already a tab open, chat works very well.

  There is an option called public links that allows you to do. Select your article and click on share. This throws a pop up dialog box. On the left side of the dialog box, you can have 3 options - members, links, public links. If links Public option no there is not, then your service administrator has rejected their use. Links Public option is controversial in the enterprise space. Initial offering of DropBox didn't hesitate to the provision of the public links because the content was guaranteed to be owned by the user to dropbox. However, at the level of the company, the content belongs to the company owner, so service administrators can choose not to allow this feature. It's down to your organization.

  If you see the Public links option, click it and the right side of the pop-up dialog box will change. You can specify:

  • a name for each link you create (so you can keep track of what link is which).
  • Link permissions, only the following are available for obvious reasons - Viewer, Downloader, contributor
  • Link the Date of expiry - date after which the link does not work
  • Access - code an access code which you may disclose to the recipient expected by other means of your choice. This access code guarantees security on a link that could otherwise be used by anyone

  You can create several public links to the same article, and each of them may have the settings above, then you might have a link to downloaders and a separate link for contributors, for example. Each link can then be sent, either by copy/paste via the email button to the right of the link. You can also change the link using the pencil icon, so you it unexpire or reset the expiration date. You can also remove a link by using the trash beside him.

• Problem with activation by using two hard drives (XP on one) and Win7 on the other

  I have XP sp3 installed on a hard drive and Win7 on another. I never use XP, I only keep there to keep my Win7 works great.

  I do not remember how did I installed win7, but I pretty sure I booted from a USB key and installed on a new hard drive.

  It seems that XP hard drive is in charge the boot settings, or something because I have set as the boot default HDD (in bios), and then select Windows 7 in boot menu that follows.

  If I select the hard disks Windows 7 the default boot hard drive, Windows restores activation. Select the hard drive with XP and win7 then choosing in the start menu, works very well, the activation is OK again.

  I'll install Win8 (that I already bought), but I still need to figure out what to do with this situation, because I need to replace the hard drive where XP is installed and install Win8 and have a double Win7 and boot 8.

  It is possible to solve the problem of activation, without having me call Microsoft? I use a utility called EasyBCD 2.2 and I was wondering if maybe this program could help fix me.

  Disconnect the drive xp, fix the win7 installation and activate if necessary

  Yes, but the best way to proceed is not literally put on each other.

  Work in multitrack view.  Put each sound different in another track, positioned how you want in time.

  Then, you can use either the tracks of automation and mixers or volume envelopes to control the relative level (volume) of each track in the mix.  When you are satisfied with the way it sounds, you can use File/Export/Multrack mix to put everything together in a final mix.  (There are other ways to make the mixture too but this will do for now.)

  This is pretty much at the heart of the works of hearing, so if you are not familiar with it, a few minutes to watch the tutorials would be time well spent and serve you in a good position for years to come.

  (3) layer of movie Clips... 10 video clips (which look like slides and will act as a Web page for each)

  What I want is that the layer mask (Layer 2) must be enogh for all layer 3 film clips. No need to mask in each film.
