• Custom device: how to change the channel icon in NI Veristand?

  I build peripheral customized for third-party product for my RT controller. They work well and properly. One thing that bothers me is: icon of the chain as shown in the figure below, with the red zone.

  In the tags for an item, you can use the tag to configure a custom glyph to display for the item. You can use any PNG file as a glyph. As already mentioned a collection of glyphs that install with NI VeriStand is available at \System Explorer\Glyphs.

• GREP find/replace + paragraph Styles

  I'm editing a long document and have benefited from the assistance of the community already, but being new GREP Style, find/replace, I need to ask for additional help.

  Below a screenshot of the script (original). Two blocks of text you see anticipated by the icons have have styles of different paragraphs. Icons are placed like custom glyphs.

  Now, the last line with C2, 9, 14,... is the target of this post. They are buses of London and I created a paragraph with another icon. The copy that I work with unfortunately is as you see. Buses will follow «;»

  Resulting to place a \r after the semicolon and assign the new paragraph style. The item to work with is (probably) the last "," before the registration of the bus. All entries have it in the same way, where a search/replace global grep should work fine.

  My attempts:

  I used of a previous debate (? < =------;)) [^ ;] + $ to match everything from the end until the last semicolon, but then I found the problem preserving the matched characters and placing \r (using the (? < =-;). start at the beginning and stops at each point comma + space)

  So question: how to stop at the first semicolon at the end and replace the space with \r to create a new paragraph?

  From my previous attempts, I noticed that when you replace the semicolon + space with \r, and change the style of paragraph at a time (from Rail to Bus) caused the Rail paragraph style change (logic) to the style of Bus. So I tried to say the paragraph style of the track "Following paragraph Style is style of Bus" (and not to change the paragraph style in find/replace), but in a way that no longer works.

  Second question is: given to split the find/replace in two steps, how then transform / apply to newly created paragraph the correct style of Bus?

• Custom refresh device channels instead of remove device

  One of the great pains that I have met is when you change i/o on a custom device, you must remove and re-add the device custom Veristand project for new channels in the project. This destroys all the channels linking and creates pain when changing custom devices of County canal.

  I've created a good work around. I have create a VI that sweeps the current channels in the Veristand project against the list of channels in the compiled custom device. I then delete the items that don't belong, and add channels that do not exist. The net result is that only the channels that have been deleted to create bad links (obviously) and all the old links remain intact.

  I then create a menu right click on the home page of the personal device that runs the VI I created.

  The end result is a function that works just like the button "Refresh" on a model.

• Custom icon in the icon of the CSS class attribute

  I created a custom page, sign in as the picture below. In the icon attribute set spinner fa temporarily CSS classes, instead I need to put a custom, icon that I made icon. I don't know where to add the new icon? I've added an icon in the shared components > files to workspace static but I can not reference an Image of workspace of the class CSS of the icon attribute.

  The CSS style related to the use of the property of the icon of the CSS Classes is set up specifically to manage the icons great fonts. Rather than trying to substitute these for host your custom image, it's easier not to specify a class icon CSS and a simple CSS rule allows you to set your picture as a background on the header area of connection:

  This can be applied on the page of connection Inline CSS property, either as a custom theme CSS Roller rule.

  Also note that even if the property is called "Icon of CSS Classes", the ICO file format is not normally used and in fact may not be returned by all browsers. (Fonts Awesome 'icons' are in fact a vector font glyphs). In this case you would be advised to use a version of the superior image quality of your logo in PNG format.

  I just finished printing a very expensive wedding on 220 invitation # Lettra which involved copper foil stamping, relief blind and print double-sided on a return copper metallic paper. The customer just called and asked why the glyphs changed on some of the characters. I need to change the type of copper to black for my diemaker color, so I copied the history and pasted into a new document. Then I changed the colors of background and outline if necessary. What I did notice, is that some of the glyphs changed when I pasted the history intact. InDesign 2015 and updated regularly. Police was his furnished Belluccia Pro. WTH?

  It does not styles!

  You have created a new document and copy/paste using your default settings. It uses its default settings.

  Look at the style of the original document (probably low) and look in the settings of open Type. Then look in your new document one spot the differences.

  AFAIK ScriptUI CC does not implement ScriptUIFont at all

  Apart from that, SURROUNDED of NUMBER NINE is U + 2468, so using 0 x 2468 should lead to

  

  If your system font supports this character. But I don't know any way using your "NoName-6" police custom in ScriptUI.

• InDesign export pdf fonts custom ansi encoding

  After exporting an Indesign document to PDF, I wondered why some fonts appear twice in the same with the encodings of different fonts.

  As an example, the TnTFormBSK-light police appears once as ansi coding font and a second time as police custom coding.

  The export is made on a Macintosh with Indesign version 5.04.

  

  Also, when you perform a check of preflight with Heidelberg Prinect tools, you receive a warning that the police use the same font UID.

  

  When you use a chip, after export you always get the same police twice with the encodings of different fonts, ansi and identity-H.

  I have not found any reason on why Indesign uses the same font with encoding "ansi" and "Custom" and the same UID!

  Hello

  First, the ANSI encoding can handle that certain characters. If the police has characters that are beyond this encoding and the glyphs for these characters are embedded in the PDF file (either because you have used these characters, because the entire police was incorporated for a reason any), then InDesign it will integrate as two fonts, one with the ANSI encoding (for characters that can be covered in this way) and one with a custom encoding. Sometimes you'll see resulting from this kind of thing so CID-keyed fonts.

  If the PDF export is dividing into two police, it must remove the UniqueID of at least one of these. Incorporation of two separate policies with the same UniqueID looks like a bug to me. I suggest you inform that Adobe, here: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform

  My apologies for the weird subject but heading I really wanted to attract someone's attention because at the present time (a guy called Paul online support side) nobody came back to me at all about my recent visit to your store from Covent Garden and the very disappointing time there.

  I use backgrounds custom throughout my iPhones for a long time and never noticed any performance impact. You should be OK to use a background customized without worrying about losing on processing power.

  Try these general steps. They could help.

  1 reset your iPhone by pressing and holding the sleep/wake and home buttons.

  2 disconnect you from your iCloud account and reconnect again.
