  with the change of OC4J to WebLogic server how custom loginmodules are used changed as well. In WLS we use the WLS platform security, which means that the custom JAAS modules must be created as WLS (see documentation WLS) authentication providers. In a future version, there will be an easier way to do it in this custom LoginModules may be connected directly. But it's ongoing work for WLS

• Screen to add an authorization custom JAAS in Jdev PS1

  In the previous version of Jdev (11.1.1.1), there was once a screen to add a named custom JAAS authorization. But I can't find a button or a link that allows me to add a named permission in the PS1.

  This is not a bug but a known issue due to the transition to a new Chief Editor of jazn-"Data.xml". To create a custom permission configuration, follow these steps

  1 - Select the jazn-"Data.xml" file from the Application resources. Descriptors | Location of META-INF in Oracle JDeveloper

  2 - Open the Panel Structure

  3. develop the jazn data | the policy store. applications | jazn-policy node. This node contains all entries of grant, which contain information about the dealer. Choose the grant entry owned by the security principal that must be granted specific permission. If the entry of the grant is found, select the entry "permission" to child and choose Insert inside the permissions. authorization in the right side menu of the mouse. This launches the editor of the authorization

  4 use the Publisher of the authorization to set the permission class, name and actions to grant recipients. If several actions are allowed and add them as a comma-separated list.

  If your BPEL console does not work, try checking the configuration and adjustment of the OID.

  From the Console of the Server Enterprise Manager Application, you can reset orabpel security vendors and hw_services with the original OID.

  Steps to create a custom integration interface

  I use Studio Edition Version 11.1.2.3.0.
  
  Since the activation of security in my ADF application, when I try to run or debug an Application Module I'm invited with a command of JAAS authentication prompt.
  
  I tried the OS identification information and qualifications of the DB without result. I'm always presented with the following error:
  
  (oracle.jbo.JboException) Houston-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.adf.share.security.ADFSecurityAuthenticationException, msg = javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: a user with the specified name does not exist.
  
  I tried to remove and reconfigure the ADF security, but the error persists. If I remove the ADF security I can run the AM again.

  The scenario:

  I am currently working on a custom CompactRIO Module. The material is made for the most part, I installed CompactRIO MDK 1.0 and I want to configure my CompactRIO system and develop the driver VI for my module.

  The steps required to configure the cRIO system before you start developing the pilot VI is the following (as mentioned in the documentation of MDK):

  1. launch LabView and select as an execution target FPGA devices. The Embedded project manager window will appear.

  2. Select the file-> New and create a project (LEP) LabView Embedded file.

  3. ...

  Used equipment:

  -LabView 2011, a Student Edition license

  -LabView FPGA and real-time modules

  -NIRIO 4.0

  OR-CRIO9024 controller with 8-slot chassis

  The problem:

  After the launch of LabView and selecting FPGA as a target (see figure), even by pressing the "Go" button next to the slide in the menu window of Embedded project manager will not appear.

  I also tried searching in other menus, without success.

  Issues related to the:

  1. where can I find the Embedded project manager?

  2 is it possible, that I can't find the window of Embedded project manager because I have a student licensed LabView?

  3. How can I create a LEP file in this case?

  4. can I use (and if so, how?) the option "create a pilot instrument? (see the attached figure)

  After some research, I managed to create the link between my custom cRIO module and LabView.

  The complete solution (with LabView 2011):

  -Add the line "cRIO_FavoriteBrand = generic ' in the file LabView.INI"

  -Launch LabView

  -creation of a vacuum of the project and select FPGA execution target, click OK

  -Select 'CompactRIO Reconfigurable Embedded System' as the project type, click Next

  -the next step is the detection of the chassis / modules, followed by the creation of the new FPGA project

  -Add the custom module: click right on the target FPGA-> New-> C Series-> new target Modules or peripheral-> series C Module-> OK

  -Enter the name, select 'generic' module type, enter the location

  The first 3 cards listed are capable bluetooth but the bgn 4313 Broadcom card is only one card only (2.4 GHz) band.

  You can install one of the listed supported cards, and they must have the HP piece on them or they will not work.

• My firefox toolbar custom add-on modules and tools / & other misc disappeared. Could not get there to change or make changes for some reason any. I reloaded the program. No solution.

  Cannot add much more to the issue. Can't the part of edition of the program. I reloaded the program, no change. This program has been flawless so far. I did no change this month. Now, all of a sudden, my Firefox toolbar disappeared and don't see when I can change or repair. I use Windows XP pro. Thanks for any response. Seems I may have to abandon the program without technical help is available for this problem.

  Thanks for the reply at the time of the Tylerdowner. I solved the problem accidentally by a right click on the top bar area and I found the setting was on 'full screen '. If after clicking that, the entire toolbar reappeared. No problem now. Thanks in any case.

  You should be able to use the Vista driver for the audio of your laptop support page, or be connected to the internet, click the multimedia audio controller requiring driver, click on the driver tab, click on update driver then Auto search.  Windows Update should find, download and install an audio driver.  It may take awhile for windows search, so be patient until it installs a driver or reports that he manages.
