Customer service is unable to handle the situation?

I am very frustrated with the customer service. It is impossible to get what seems like a simple situation resolved. About 1 and a half weeks ago, I decided to stop my subscription for the creative cloud, given that my school has access to the programs. I cancelled my subscription and did not know that there is a $70 cancellation fee. I didn't want to be charged. I contacted the customer service to stop the cancellation and they did (too quickly) until the Bill actually hit my bank account. And for a few days, it was fine, and I decided to keep the subscription since the school year is almost over. Then out of nowhere they charged me $69.97 March 24! I'm chatting to support and each time they said my case was "degenerate." I found to mean nothing, they are thrown not email as they said or anything, they just through my away my problem. And the thing that frustrates me really, it is that they continue to charge my account of the subscription...

I tried again, without dashes, without success. I went back to the Adobe Customer Service, where a person told me that I had to download a new? different? A7.0 version.     Sounds like you are trying to install with the ORIGINAL serial number provided with your product rather than the NEW one with the download.

    Adobe do support the last two versions (10 and 11) so if they have knowledge of 7 at all it's just a lucky accident...!

    Furthermore, I hope that you install on an old computer to Windows XP, because you won't get far in Windows 7 or Windows 8 with this version...

    You must contact the product activation center. Its best do you during the week however when there are living representatives.

    With the permission of the Adobe Support passed a CS2 link download # w/series to replace my no is longer available original CS worm. 1.1.1 softward I bought as a student, 11 years ago. The download went well but when I was installing the download, the installer prompted me to my Installation Disk #2. I tried to insert my disc version 1.1.1, but it was not recognized.   • The customer service is terrible!  A person from the United States would be useful!

    I'm having problems of double-billing and have taken several steps to try to resolve.  Here's my situation:

    Last year, I tried to cancel my Creative Cloud student and teacher edition (a year) because I really only used Lightroom and Photoshop.  They wouldn't let me because he had auto-renouvelé the day before and I have to pay the $100 cancellation fee.  Very well, very well.  I put on my calendar this year and called before the renewed contract.  I called on October 6, and the renewal date was October 8.  I wanted to cancel the creative cloud account and switch to the account of photography and Lightroom cheapest.  The girl on the phone (in India of course) stated that she had changed my plan and it would be $10.81 per month.  The same day I received a credit of $1.44 I thought that must be the day remaining on my contract.  The following day, on 7 October, I was charged $ 10.81.  Well... great.  Or not.  A week later, I noticed that I was charged $32,46 ALSO on October 8.  I tried to call but gave up in frustration and thought that maybe they would itself.  I forgot it.  November and December I loaded $ 10.81 the 6 and $32.46 the 8th of each month.


    Steps, I took over the last month:

    • I was chatting online with someone who was less intelligent, barely spoke English, or wasn't human for more than 30 minutes without success.  They said they were climbing my case.
    • I made two phone calls, both of which lasted more than an hour and took place with someone in India.  Both were exercises in frustration, but at the end of it, I was assured that my double amount charged and mistakes in my account would be corrected.  I repeated it to the last representative, I talked to three times to confirm that we have had the same understanding.  They credited $32.46 x 2 within 48 hours and they would make sure no charges more doesn't crossed for the incorrect amount.  Instead, I was charged twice for December.
    • Today, (almost two weeks later?)  I get an email that said that my problem is solved and they have me $10.81 credited twice.  My case is closed and there is an e-mail address that does not allow for answers.

    Are you freaking kidding me?  I'm ready to pull my hair never love.  I need to talk to someone and get this resolved properly soon or I'll just call my Bank and denies all the charges.  I'm usually a lot of patience, but who has time to deal with their customer service.  Maybe that's what they count?  Well, that's just crap.

    Considering how many cool Adobe for their services and the terrible customer service they provide, I regret the consciousness that would not allow me to do what my friends did and just use a boot leg copy.  Now I understand them better.  There is no excuse for the terrible customer service options, or the inability to speak with someone in the same country when you have a billing issue.

    After reading some other posts here I hope it will be effective to get a contact that will be really useful in the resolution of my case.  If not, complain to the Bank will be the way to go or possibly class action research.

    Now over 8 days just to get a password reset.

    It seems that we have been lost in the maze and I fear that the same thing happened again.

    Tuesday, November 22 nd Becca started a ticket with Adobe to access his back so that she was able to set up his Studio in Dreamweaver8 on its new computer line.

    After a day or two, she used their method of follow-up on the ticket online "chat".

    He now Thursday of the following week, she was asked to help light a fire under them to get this rolling, here is my personal experience with their new customer support:

    I called a regular support line 800-833-6687 - I got a recorded message that said that, due to higher than expected calls, I had to call back later. (Click on) no "you want to maintain option and the excuses / excuse was really lame..." I felt offended, that it would almost be better to save a busy signal and I would get that. The lame excuse was on a new product that was released... Acrobat I think... what causes something higher that the normal volume of calls, he had nothing what so ever to do with Dream Weaver. In addition, I spent some time in it management and at any time that we did a new install of everything that we had made special provision (we called it "red hat") to support all others that we would need to provide. It's just completely sloppy on the part of Adobe it shows a lack of experience in the care and management of software distribution.


    Given that the issue we are dealing with directly relates to the installation of the product on a new machine, I called support facility # their web page 206-675-6500 - it wasn't free, but I use Vonage, so the call is included in my package. the first guy couldn't find the ticket, they are transmitted

    second guy had a little trouble with English and could not find that anything that is transferred me.

    Third person said that she did not at all the notes on the ticket. I said who has the same status from last week and asked what I had to do to get people to look at and work on it. She said she supports one product other than Dream Weaver and that I would need to call customer service, I told him that the customer service is where I started and that I had been transferred twice for her, she said 'really' I said ' Yes, so what I have to do, or who can I call to get this started?

    It was the last that I heard of her... until I got a busy fast sound in my ear. What's happening in the world! I just me am hung up! I had not yet begun to get disrespectful, or annoyed-sounding or anything like that!

    Woah!

    I have IM had Becca and told her that the customer service was the worst I had experienced.

    Then wrote, at the same time, apparently the woman that I had been disconnected, called becca on his cell and he let know that it was not any information in his post at all. Only Adobe didn't even know what it was.

    Becca asked a call because the woman said she had to speak to his manager. And that's where we are now.

    Becca also added me to his account and asked me to be the person who received the reminder. As long as I can verify his information, I should be able to help with this.

    I received a call from Ashley that I had been disconnected. She went on everything that had happened since we have been disconnected. She explained that her supervisor had been made aware of the problem but that it was at a meeting at the present time, however, that if we had no problem getting what he (Eric) would help us solve.

    She then placed a call to the Customer Service Department to see if they could help, or at least why password reset had been transferred to his Department of Technical Support I've been waiting for a while.

    She got Becca CSR on the line, Becca was able to find the old account, but not the order, she could finally see that the product had been registered, but then he said it seems to be a database error where the order page could not be found. She says that even if reset us the password for the old account, when Becca arrived in this account it would still be unable to access the digital software.

    She had two suggestions, one wants to merge the new account that Becca had created to get this ball rolling in the first place, with the old account associated with the email addy xmission. The hope was that during the process of the merger would be fixed issues and Becca would have access to the software through its new account.

    The second option would be to send CDs which were software, free of charge.

    I mentioned that if it the right political, it might be simpler just to allow the digital download on the new account, but Becca CSR said that there was really no way to create an order like this without accepting a payment, it was just how he system has been implemented.

    Then she wrote her notes in a new post and set the closed state. (I guess that she was going to return to open, once we all decided which option was the best... After talking to Eric). the ticket was 200078387 (the last # couldn't have 7... maybe 6...)

    After that Becca CSR out the phone, then Ashley told me she thought that Eric would be able to do the account merge and that would probably be the quickest way to go.

    I proposed to send the history of this issue to an email address if they wanted to watch over it, and she thanked and said that might be very useful to Eric. He'd call me to get this info. If he needed her.

    I checked my cell phone call log, call was 30 minutes and 53 seconds.

    If she was a mess get here, now that Ashley helps a little, I feel really like she took possession of the issue. I feel like she's on my side and working hard to get this matter resolved. It's a good thing.

    It is now late in the afternoon of the same day, several hours have passed, and no calls were received by Becca, or myself. I'll post my experience here, so I can easily reference when I speak then with Adobe.

    The question relatively minor to reset the user password is still pending... spends 8 days now.

    Update:

    Becca told me that Saturday (Saturday! wow, nice,) she received a call from Dream Weaver. After looking at the issues, they decided to call it "broken" and fix it by sending a hard copy of the media.

    Thus, she will just have to use a new account if she wants to buy software digitally. (not much), and it will now be the drives as back ups. We'll just chalk it up to a "a fatality of the macromedia merger" like Becca put it.

    So problem solved. It just took a little long is everything. 10 days, I will say however that everyone that I spoke with was very professional, seemed to care and overall left me the impression that Adobe highers Top Notch people who are well trained.

    This was just one that was unique, and in these cases, when there is no way together to the resolution, delays may occur.

  • Equium M70: Unable to load the battery - discharge online?

    My battery is playing games with me. I can't load and use my laptop at the same time, because it says "Online, discharging" until finally the battery is so small that I have to turn it off. I then unplug the AC plug it back again at what point it starts to load until full.

    The AC is only good for the battery, not for when the laptop is turned on. So basically I can only use the laptop for about 2 hours, then stop and wait another 3 or so until that battery is recharged. "Online, discharging" seems just so illogical to me.

    Any ideas anyone?

    It is not easy to say what the problem is here, but I have the same opinion as Richard. It is really possible that it is electronic supply and just intensive test can provide answers more. I don t know how old your unit and if the warranty is still valid, but try to contact your dealer local or even Toshiba service partner directly. Explain the situation and see what they can do.

    I bought an Envy mi office at end of 2014 Feb 27 ".  I've been infected will malware2 weeks and of course HP won't send you to 10 cent DVD so that you can reinstall the OS.  They want you to rely on the use of the recovery partition, which btw is one of the first things that infected so that there is persistence of malware, but it is neither here not there.  10/03/14 I called HP customer service who is somewhere in the Middle East and spent 45 minutes on the phone have transferred around until finally I had to short and just say "I need a new DVD with Windows 8, YOU UNDERSTAND?"  Finally got a woman in a tone "I'll do you a favor," saying that she will send me a disk free of charge and 1 day provides $ 27 in taxes and the cost of shipping software, I already bought a license for.

    3/11 is delivered without disc, but I think it was late in the day the 10 when I called for the benefit of the doubt, I'll wait until tomorrow.

    3/12 does not come I call spend 45 minutes on the phone transferred, transferred, Mr. President we will raise it (whatever that means) and it will be shipped tomorrow.

    3/17 STILL NOT HERE.  I call customer support waiting for 20 minutes before all the choice.  Spend 40 minutes on the phone and even to give my ticket number, she cannot say and can't find the agent out by calling or by looking at his computer whether or not he even DELIVERED and she tried to pass off as "we only tech support.  I hung up at this stage.

    If I connect to my page "Check your status" it still has not changed since delivery was estimated at the 12th.  I have always informed people in the past to avoid HP because of their history of poor quality.  However, in the spirit of the 2nd chances I bought this expensive computer AND THE SOFTWARE THAT GOES WITH IT.  The computer has been great.  I've sung his praises.  HP, I want to cuss and scream, but he won't do anything good.  You have the ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever dealt with.  As a CISSP I delt with / do deal with countless companies providers and end-user-oriented... Dell, Nortel/Avaya, D Link, ZyXEL, Cisco, Juniper, the list is endless.  You people seem to be incompentent and it seems as if you're trying to make it so difficult that you just hope that I go.  I can't express in words it's terrible experience this has been for me as a consumer, the money I spent on the product, the time I spent literally hours on the phone with the guy, while I lost, time and cost you hours of time to the CS (lol hardly) representatives are not doing their job , and now the time I'll sink into hashtags twitter for HP haters, forum messages to stick this bad press very general and assignment, you will get me to my personal and professional classmates.

    I had my computer for a little less than 2 months now and I'm having serious problems with it. Dell said they would send a replacement part and a technician to fix it. I took time to work at the tech at my house until the piece could be installed on my new computer. Then the computer still does not work properly.

    I called Dell and told him about my problem and nice customer service to the United States officer said no problem would just order me a new computer and I want to hold on to the computer that did not work properly until the newcomer. Then I will return to no work so that I wouldn't be left without a computer. I waited for the new computer. So today it's Thanksgiving, I received an email saying that someone at Dell had cancelled my order without my permission and spare parts have been ordered for the computer. I called Dell and was transferred 5 times and when I finally reached the right Department 45 minutes later in India, they said that their Ministry has cancelled the order so that they can send replacement parts more and send a different tech. So, I have to take more time off work and cross more hassle for a brand new computer. Let the computer face is a lemon. So I said that it was unacceptable and that customer service agent put me on hold. He said I could ship the computer to a warehouse that leave me without a computer for an extended period of time.

    This computer is new and has a few major problems. I don't want the computer more and Dell asked to return it. The customer service agent lied to me and said that he could not resume. The U.S. customer service agent that I spoke to said that it was still under warranty and I could return it. Conflicting information, poor customer service is absolutely ridiculous to the point.

    I should be spending time with my family instead of looking corporate headquarter phone numbers and for posting on blogs, what is happening to me and the poor customer service I get. Even large departments at Dell such as sales and service return which are in the United States have the day. I am frustrated and disappointed by Dell and its products.

  • How installed / move Creative could again mini. Original mini lost sound. Unable to get through endless lists. Need a direct line with the customer service.

    Down loaded Creative could Macmin in January... Mini lost it is solid, put out.  New mini can not get through all the forms ADOBE, passwords, etc.  Have no serial number of the program, but my purchases are well documented.

    Had to change passwords several times.  I need a quick and direct link by e-mail or by phone at ADOBE.  Displacement of the programs has been easy.
