Customers that they cannot download Declaration? Negative feedback left.
An app, that I worked on received two negative comments saying that they cannot download their purchase.
Does anyone else know this?
Any ideas?
Have you updated your application recently to pick up the fixes we have made for iOS8? If this isn't the case, you must do this and send it back to Apple.

You can delete the data on your hard drive, but not on msn. These messages are on the hard drives of the msn server which you have no control over. Sorry!
PS, unless the messages would cause a form of necessity of implementation of law there is nothing to worry about. No one will allow to recover the messages.

I created a pdf file on my computer that has several links to to other PDFs, word documents, etc. When I send this to people that they cannot access the links. Probably because the files in the links are only stored on my computer. Any ideas?
Of course, it's an option as well. You can attach files to the main PDF file, or you can merge all files into a single PDF portfolio.

The message 'could not be read' indicates you do not have WRITE permission on the destination folder. So, here's what you need to do
- The Lightroom Import dialog box, go to the Destination section to the right and make a note of the specified folder.
- Change the folder to something else; OR in your operating system, change the permissions on this specific file WRITE permission.

Lightroom does not allow me to import pictures from my camera or my office. They appear in the preview of little Lightroom and I select the ones I want to import, and then add my info etc and manipulation of files metadata, but then when I hit just IMPORT keeps saying that they cannot be read. SO FRUSTRATING.
To change the permissions on a folder, click the padlock icon in the corner of the info box. You will be asked your admin username and password (can be the same as yours if you are the only user on the computer). Then, you will be able to change permissions.
But I agree that user is not the real destination folder. To be sure, right-click on the destination in Lightroom and then choose 'Show in Finder' get info on this issue.

I had computer problems mega today - had to get back to a week ago and in the process lost my PhotoShop and Bridge - according to the site, they are downloaded and does anyone know how to uninstall if they do not show, so I can reinstall it on my computer...? They appear everywhere - this has been a very long and frustrating day.
I use Windows 7 and before I had to get everything, all my adobe products, worked very well. I just installed trial on October 4. Thanks for your help!
I think I finally found the place to uninstall both of them will try it and then reinstall. If it helps I'll come here and remove this post.

Unfortunately, there is no way to decompress SoftPaqs that have already been uploaded with SDM. However, you can decompress the SoftPaq using command line switches. Here is the code snippet with the command line switch information:
A SoftPaq file decompression
SP # .exe - pdf - f < path > s
Where
SP # .exe is the Softpaq to unpack.
-pdf is a switch schedule execution that overrides the build settings.
-f < Path > is an execution timer which replaces the default path set to compile.
s loads the package to unpack in silent mode, jumping the home screens, license and directory.
Otherwise, you could open the download SDM directory, delete the SoftPaqs you want unzip and download them sure again that you select the option 'Download and unzip'.
Regarding the second part of your question, we'll pass the suggestion along to the appropriate groups because we are not responsible for editing SoftPaqs. This team manages only technical problems with the application of SDM. -
... System recovery disks I was told that they cannot be bought!
So, this morning, I noticed that HP Pavilion p6310f my partner PC display an error message. I never use the thing... I love my laptop. Anyway, then he asked for the boot floppies. And, of course, they were no where! I put in a call to technical support calls AND EXPLICITEMENT REQUEST to THEM IF I WAS ABLE to PURCHASE an ANOTHER DISC of RECOVERY since it is the message from the computer. I was told, ' no, recovery discs are unique to each computer and are not made for this.» I was then told I NEED A NEW DRIVE since I couldn't find my boot drive.
Really? This is the only way? Uh, why then are there RECOVERY DISCS AVAILABLE for SALE on this SITE?
I was under pressure to buy a NEW HARD DRIVE for $150 (which, btw, I don't know how to install it, but then I must find someone to put... at least another $100) where all I need was a recovery disk for less than $17 with shipping!
Not nice... or technical support is not aware of the products that HP sells?

Here's how...
If you can read the Microsoft windows 7 25-character product key, you can download simple Windows 7 ISO files to burn on a DVD for the version of windows that is installed on your PC, and which is listed on the Microsoft COA sticker on your PC case.
Burn the ISO with the option to burn the ISO on your DVD burning program and burn it at the slowest possible speed that will allow your program. This will create a bootable DVD.
Use 25 characters on the PC product key to activate the installation.
The key will activate a 32 or 64 bit installation.
Then go to the support of the PC and driver page to install the drivers you need.

I just used my mac. I bought it on January 2014.

I suggest you send to the factory, or if you have an apple authorized dealer / repair shop to fix the SHIFT key first, then a glance as to why the fan is still running hot.
Maybe something has damaged the keyboard (shift key) area and also the fan internal.
You can't have something special on the computer, but I'd always spend extra money to repair.
The sooner, the better.
