Customizing record WSRP
Hi allI can handle WSRP Portlet remote, registration process? I tried to use Interceptor but I don't get a grip until the producer WSDL URL is valid. All I want is to inject my custom during the registration code so that I can change the WSDL URL. Is this possible?
PS: I even missed recording requires and store-registration-properties such as 'false '.
Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated :)

Hello Paz,
Unfortunately, there is no way to use the WSRP interceptors to intercept the registration at this time.
You can use the WSRP API documented on http://edocs.bea.com/wlp/docs102/javadoc/com/bea/wsrp/consumer/management/producer/ProducerManager.html to save a producer with any WSDL URL you want instead to use administrative tools.

I would like to create a new responsibility custom, whose responsibility it is to have access to the customer form Standard (ARXCUDCI.fmb), but I have a restriction in the form of customer research, it is that, whenever the user of responsibility search by customer number, customer name, name of the party or what ever search field, I would limit to restrict further search criteria where SALES_CHANNEL_TYPE = "RTL" is allowed to fill customer records , there are customer records are not allowed to get.

I tried customizing the form already, but the customer search form has too many fields for the user to search for, so customization form will put all over the places in the form. That's why I saw others recommended to "" Custom DLLs"... I know for my scenario, how to go on the DLL to the client? or any other more effective solution?

Hi Lygine,
The customization I sent works this way:
-Any field where you want to insert the query.
-If a record is found, when the form opens and the cursor for typing the name of the customer, the personalization field search the contents of the field sales channel.
-If the content of this field is different from the string "RTL", the Customers form (ARXCUDCI) form is disabled.
Regardless of the field you fill in to make the request, is a record is found, the customer name field is the first hits of the cursor when the form is opened.

We accidentally imported hundreds of files in custom object. I undertsand batch deletion function does not apply to the custom object. Is there any other alterntaive to the batch to remove these unwanted records? (also delete manually one by one...: P)

You mentioned tapping Custom > record and said that nothing happens. "Is the folder bar moving from left to right after you type" ""Record "? Okay, I'm a fairly new user to Skype, about three months now. I joined mainly to have a phone number I could use while I was traveling to Europe to avoid the outrageous roaming charges from Verizon. I bought a Skype phone number. While I was away on vacation, I received three calls from someone that I am currently in a legal battle with over the harassment and stalking. I wanted to know who I can contact or my lawyer to assign these records? From what I've read so far, Skype does not have the telephone number that is given to me. Help would be very appreciated!

accounting software inserts the user name in the modified records,
I have a customer accounting business. A laptop there is a user "Kathy". She connects with Kathy, all I see is Kathy, except when I echo % user_name % the result is 'user '. The problem is that accounting software inserts the user name in the records changed, which makes 'Kathy' changes to a customer record eventually registered as being made by 'user '. All computers in the company have the same user (different usernames) parameters and all other computers insert the correct user name in the records of change.
Profile of Kathy is new and there is no other user account on this computer.
Profile in the registry settings all show them "Kathy".
Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

light bulbs shows green light when there are customer records in the DB by a time interval
But when there is no record by customer the bulb disappears and there is no indication
How can I change this bulb will not go not and red color poster

There are a few posts related to an outer join in this forum.
In short, in MDB, select the logical fact table and its associated logical dimension table you want to configure. In the dialog box join logical, change the type of join to that desired.
Check the generated SQL (any other analysis too) and problems of performance, if any. Caching can still cause an effect of inner join.
Alternative (like to repeat), retain the existing functionality and create a new report to show customers who miss a period range using the operator filter "is based on the results of the analysis another." Well, in that case logically the operator should be 'does NOT rely on another analysis.

Problems with call connected to the customer
Hi all, long time administrator/user of the Service Manager/Infra, for the first time poster
Came across something the other day and was just after some help/help where possibly seek to solve.
We are currently on version 9.1.3. When installing more than 2 years ago I created a post template specific for the call connected to the customer (call screen set/IPK). I tested this on setup and I'm 100% sure used to work, but seems somehow its has stopped working. I tested it on 3 scenarios as shown below, and it only sends the confirmation message to the client when we use the customer portal;
- Call created directly within vSM - send an e-mail to customer record
- Mail sent to our servicedesk - send an e-mail to customer record
- Created via the customer portal - sends an e-mail
Could someone point me in the right direction that maybe why this happened and how I would go about solving of this? What is the feature in the MSM that allows it to be sent through the portal?

I am connected to the oracle database using PL/SQL Developer.
I prefer to use sqlplus... the one with the black screen in ms dos or the one with the white screen.

I have stage 1, 2 and 3.
In step 3, I had to set TNS_ADMIN = E:\OracleInstantClient pointing to the folder containing my TNS_ADMIN file (because I think that's how it should be)
Can you post the tnsnames.ora since this instant customer record?
If you do not use the tns name, you can try the method described in section 4.2 of this page?

Can't all the time. Many time running without problems. When problems seem not to be like that for a while as an e-mail message. Just did an email and wheel turn and try to send. "Cannot connect to Server" in my opinion, is what happens. Press Cancel, entered Envoy file to see if went thru (sometimes he does this when he says he did not send) not in the folder sent, has started the new email and redone and it sent fine?

My sent file is small. Thought this might help then deleted more old that I did not move from customer records.
If it does not work at the same time, but working again later, it is unlikely that the problem is with Thunderbird.
You can try to disable email scanning in your antivirus software.

There is an option for the "responses of Place in the folder of the message being replied to.
I would like a way to do exactly that, except with the answers, but with the new email I'm compose/send. It seems quite natural.
For example, I have several clients and a folder for each client. When I answer to my customers, the answers come in appropriate customer records. Perfect. But when I write a new message to a client, is it not logical to also put this message in the folder of the respective customer? Instead, will all my mail sent to my "sent" folder, and I have to remember to fish out them and drag them into the respective customer records. It is a nuisance.
I hope that it is already a feature. If this is not the case, this consider a request feature.

Option out of the IPCC, how can I set time zone for each customer record?
I might be able to set the GMTZone and GMTZoneWOrk fields in the DB Dialing_List to set the timezone for each customer record. However, if I want to import a list of contacts file(CSV or fixed) using the function to import the Option out of the IPCC and the request function rules, how can I set the time zone in the file list of contacts?
Have you had a glance at the documentation online for outgoing messages of ORC?
Fundamentally, the outbound dialer uses the table Prefix in the region. The region and area prefix tables are configurable to the ICM Admin workstation.
The prefix of each region has the zone attribute. If the Dialer is a region with the x prefix match first digits in the phone number, then time zone that is used when you place the call.
There is a mechanism for bulk load the prefixes of the region in bulk insertion tools.
The IPCC system comes pre-loaded with a set of prefixes of the North America region.
