  19 code means there is a driver conflict such as two devices attempt to use the same resources.

  Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
  ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
  contacts data with a pencil eraser.

  Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
  manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

  the correct registry entries for your car.

• Do a right click send to drive DVD not working not

  When I right click on a file, the menu will appear including "send to", but when I click on my DVD player, nothing happens. If I put a CD or DVD in it will work, but I have to format a CD - R first. Until very recently, I could right click and send to the DVD player and it would ask me to insert a CD and then he would burn faster then the method I use now. Any who have all suggested fixes?   I was hoping somone could give me some advice on my DVD driveon my laptop.

  When I press eject light flashes on the drive several times and still not eject. When I got the drive opened with a paper clip and put in a disk, nothing seems to happen, and the player does not start.
  I tried to do a system restore to the previous week and also check that the drivers for the drive and the theses are ok.

  It looks like a mechanical problem of CD/DVD disc.
  The small hole that allows to eject the disc manually doesn t need software or special settings. The whole process works mechanically.
  I think that it s a hardware problem and in most cases the CD/DVD drive needs to be replaced that s my personal opinion

  Just a comment in passing.  You can only change the region 5 times, so when you did this last change it won't let you make another.  Be sure to choose the correct region.

  Because it looks like it happened all of a sudden, I'd want to try a restore of the system, just to see if the problem was caused by a driver or software update.

  I can't really tell what you can do. I found the news that Toshiba has three external drives that are recommended for this unit:
  Post DVD Drive PA3401U-1DVD
  Ext.CD - RW/DVD - ROM Drive PA3352U/E/C/A/L - 2 CD 2
  Ext.SuperMulti reader PA3402U/E/C/A-1DV2

  It is possible that the three discs are tested. I put t know if your drive is one of them but there you have part numbers and you can check it out.
