# Cycle path battery too low. A better way to know?

All,

I bought my w520 end October 2011 and had since then travels enough to know that 183 cycles is too low. Well, there may be a way they plan a 'cycle' that affects it. My battery is the unit that extends about 3/4 inches in front of the rear edge; I forgot the name or designation.

I felt, without any scientific evidence, I had shorter working sessions on the farm in recent months. I know that I get a better time on Optimus - I count in my expectations.

With the previous Lenovo ThinkPads, I bought a second battery and will do so soon, I guess, but I was surprised by the County.

Reflections on counting accuracy?

jonathan7007

Hey there jonathan7007,

Thanks for watching with me, your experience with your sounds of machine very well. I can't 100% say as I am not a user w520, some of the members of our community may be able to share their experiences. I look forward to hearing the results you get from your test.

Another thing to consider is the performance of a battery meter reset, but really only in case you feel the gauge is inaccurate, has a lower capacity or start having load problems.

  • Dell Vostro 1015 sound/Audio too low?

    Dear Sir

I have a question. Today, I bought a dell vostro 1015. I downloaded and installed the drivers for windows 7, including the sound driver conexant on the dell site. But my sound is too low, this normal? I know that the speakers are small, but is it possible to make the sound louder?

    Thank you

    Kurdy

The volume on my new Vostro1520 is also far too low. I have all the beams completely controls and can barely hear what shows to watch streaming TV. Play MP3s via WMP is not too bad but still very quiet, given that I rode all the way. Is there any solution for this?

  • Is it good to keep my macbook on charge all the time? This reduces the number of cycles of battery I would have otherwise?

I have a 2015 13-inch macbook pro Retina display. What is the best way to keep the battery in good conditions? In particular: When should I charge it? Keep the computer plugged in whenever possible.

If you keep the computer always connected, make sure that at least twice a month

Run it on battery until battery charge level falls to about 40-50%.

Please don't completely discharge the battery. Discharge the battery completely will reduce wear and tear on the battery.

Trying to keep the number of Cycles of battery low does ' t help.

  • A better way to make a continuous read/write on a NOR-6008

    Hello

I use a USB of NOR-6008 module and have a loop of the software configuration where I acquire analog signals, digital signals, then, then put a digital high or low and repeat. I use digital multiplex outside the material so that I can use 6 of the analog inputs to read 12 signals. The digital inputs that I have are connected to the buttons on a panel that are used for the entry instead of the screen of the computer of the user. My loop is also to build a buffer zone of all the signals on the analog and digital lines that I read in so I can on average and this process elsewhere in the program.

The question that I am running is because this loop is very slow and on the final product is performed on a touch screen, XP Embedded PC and just this acquisition loop begins again as much CPU as the rest of my program. I would say that drops of loops on 4 or 5 cycles per second, which means that my update of 2 multiplex signals or longer than a second time. I would really like to better performance and does not use as much of my CPU resources.

I use a way simple enough to make the loop of the acquisition, by setting the parameters I, reading, deleting the task, defining the parameters DI, read, erase the task and then by setting the parameters, write about it and delete the task, which gives a slight delay and repeat.

Any thoughts on a better way to start the read/write that what I'm doing?

I have attached the code examples in the loop of the acquisition that I use.

    Thank you!

First of all, the best plan is to move the chain DAQmx before the loop to create and use a start DAQmx, then write in the loop, then clear once the loop ends.  This configuration must be done once, not every time you write the channel.  This should speed things up considerably.

  • Sound from external speakers too low

Original title: Windows 7 - sound too low external speakers

I have a laptop Toshiba Satellite L70-1 DR with Logitech speakers.  There is no roulette volume on this laptop.  A few months back the volume of the speakers slightly reduced.  I just increased the main volume and that of each player (Itunes, Spotify etc) to sort.  Then a few weeks ago the noise decreased again.  First of all, I plugged in my speakers to my daughter's laptop computer and they worked very well.  Then I made sure that the levels of the speakers in speaker properties has been increased to 100 and I have also increased the equalizer in Windows Media Player.  This worked well even though I was a little concerned why it was happening.  However yesterday, its got even lower and then its listenable, if you sit next to the laptop its way too low compared to what you would expect reasonably.  The noise level when I plug my headphones is very well.

I went through the troubleshooting procedure described in other posts, nothing helps.  I reinstalled the sound drivers - no change. I tried different improvements in switching in speaker properties - deactivation of all works of improvements, better but not good enough! And I've changed in exclusive mode on and outside, but no change.
There can someone provide other tips?  Thanks a lot :)
    John
Thanks for that - but I managed to solve this problem by removing the speakers, fiddling and putting them back together... Sorry if I wasted your time!

Dv7-3165dx notebook computer unexpectedly shuts off when the battery is low. Even at 17%.

This gets really annoying, that I keep losing jobs! Before it used to give me a warning and then Hibernate. Now there is no warning and it turns off without saving anything.

    Help!

The laptop is a year old.

I already ran the diagonsitic battery and it said the battery was good.

OK, I think I finally figured it by changing power options, and I think that the way you reset the battery also helped.

    Here are the parameters:

reserve battery level (this is when the popup will appear).

    10%

low battery (this is when the low battery action will be performed).

    8%

critical battery level (my computer would die at this point.)

    7%

low battery action: sleep, sleep (this customize to your liking).

battery low notification: on (hold on).

critical battery action: sleep, sleep (my computer died already in criticism.)

  • Volume too low check on iPad.

I tried to record that I play on my electronic keyboard. The level of the microphone on my iPad 4 seems to be too low. There is no way to settle either. Even after put the volume of the keyboard to the max, and by setting the iPad on the speaker with the microphone down in the speaker, the recorded sound is extremely quiet. It is not a hardware problem since I can use FaceTime, Dictation or record audio with other applications without problem.

I noticed a lot of comments in the app store to complain of the same show. It seems to be mostly from the iPads. There are people who specifically referred to problems with the iPad 4, iPad 2, iPad mini 2 and iPad Air. Some have said that they do not have the same problem when using their iPod Touch or iPhone 6. Any ideas or suggestions?

I've seen several reports, that the problem has been resolved after updating to iOS 9.2.1.   Is this the version you are using on your iPad?

  • Satellite Pro A10: RTC battery is low or CMOS chesksum unstable

    I have a Satellite Pro A10.

When I turn everything first laptop computer on I get RTC battery is low or CMOS checksum is unstable - press F1 to set date/time. When I press F1, I get a beep and it's everything that happens. I'm unable to had to set up or do anything at all with the installation program.

I kept it plugged in for 24 hours, but still the same results. I replaced the CMOS battery with a new. But even once, I get the exact same results.

All that happens when I press F1 and a sound signal. Is this a sign that I have probably a problem with the motherboard?

You can access the BIOS and could try to set the default settings, and then save the settings and start again.
If it doesn't, then it must be another reason for this message.

My first thought was that this error pops up because the BIOS battery is empty.
Usually such charge as described in your ad should help get rid of this message.
But it seems that there is a more serious problem

I m not quite sure what this could be, but the hypothesis that a motherboard could malfunction is not wrong.
I think that a fault of mobo might this causes too.

But in my opinion a mobile technician must check to make sure what's wrong.

  • Is there a better way to generate the custom timed digital signals

I'm trying to generate the digital output from the top and down with delays on different lines. Each daq assistant is activate single line on a port USB 6501. There more complex high and lows that I need to generate variable time difference between high and low. There is codebelow that does what I'm trying to achieve, but for a model executing high and low signal is much of your time to do it this way. I'm sure there is a better way to do it, I'm not an expert on labview so I only discovered its potential. Anyone can suggest a more effective and a quick way to do it. I would like to hgihly appreciate. Thank you!

I've not shown in the code below, but using the DAQ assistant, I initialized lines at low logic level.

  • My resolution continues to go too low and it is very difficult to read the screen

I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY RESOLUTION-IT IS TOO LOW AND WILL NOT CHANGE

I went to the Windows Update Catalog and typed in "video drivers" and he gave me 958 choices on 39 pages and I wonder where is should I choose - or should I just try them one at a time?

It's usually stupid to accept any peripheral material updated from Microsoft - driver unless you want problems.

You should always get your device updated the driver from your hardware manufacturer.

As the forums MS Answers does not prompt for any information system when a new question is asked, we don't know anything about your system.

Thank you MS Answers, allowing the resolution of simple problems as frustrating and a lot of time as possible.

If you answer these questions, someone (perhaps a useful MSE or FM) can see what the details of your system and what your video drivers installed and may direct you to a place better if the drivers must be updated.

Try not to use your caps lock when responding.  Type uppercase is considered screaming and you don't need to be yelling again.

Provide information on your system, the better you can:

What is your system brand and model?

What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Symantec, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, MSE, Panda, Trend Micro, CA, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, Comodo, etc..

If the system works, what do you think might have changed since the last time it did not work properly?

Now talk us a little about your hardware:

Click Start, run and enter in the box:

    Msinfo32

Click on OK and when the system info summary appears, click on Edition, select all, copy, and then paste the information here.

For information about video drivers, expand components, click view, click on edit, select all, copy and then paste the information here.

There will be some personal information (such as the user name and the name of the system), and anything that turns information private for you, simply delete the pasted information.

This will minimize back Q & A and eliminate guesswork.

  • How can I get more memory? Should I go through Dell (it is a Dell computer)? I get the message too low virtual memory.

I get the message "out of virtual memory"... In order to buy more memory, can I contact Dell for this (there is a Dell computer)?

"Out of virtual memory" has nothing to do with the amount of physical RAM you have installed.  These errors are caused by incompatible programs, too little free capacity available on the hard drive, correctly configured virtual memory (you set it so Windows automatically manages) or sometimes even by a severely fragmented hard disk partition.

  • Fuze 4 GB warning disconnect and reconnect to Windows 7 pc... when the battery is low.

So I just got a rocket and I love it.  Done a good deal about it.  Windows 7 picked it up and transfer of music is not a problem when the unit is fully charged.

What IS a problem, is that when the battery is low and I have to plug the "rocket" on my PC to load... it keeps connection / disconnection.  The program of control of rocket guard Center popping up and go, arise and disappear... frustrating.  I tried the DPW and MCP modes (actually in DMC mode on the control panel is not everything and it does not recognize that the device is connected).  I've tried different USB ports.  No hub at issue here.

Here's the kicker... If I load the "rocket" first (plug into a USB Kindle charger), once it has loaded it connects very well.

Ran the update of the firmware and I'm on the latest firmware it was available, 1.02.31.

I would like to know how to solve this problem, because I don't always have the small USB Kindle charger with me, and that would well be load from a PC... which is what the original, right intention was?

Except that I like it and really dig the FM radio tuner.  It is very bad!

    Hosers, all.

Usb hub 4 ports powered solved my problem.  'duh, I think yer cable is bad' I DO NOT.  Apparently, the "rocket" sucks just too much power.

So I solved my problem with a $ 5 usb hub.  Yippee.

  • Volume too low

I have the volume, but it is too low.  It used to be high enough to hear, but somewhere along the way, he has changed.  I clicked on the volume and triggered the slider all the way to the top.  I clicked on "Mix" and raised the bar all the way to the top.  Is there something else I can do?

    Hi Wadella,

    1. are you referring to the internal speakers or external speakers?

    2. when the question is is produced?

    3. you remember to make changes to your machine before the problem?

    4. on which the application is too low volume?

5 are you referring to the volume of a particular saved file is too low?

I suggest that you follow these steps and check if it works to solve the problem.

    Step 1:

    Activate hidden Audio devices:

    a. right click on speaker near the clock-

    b. playback - made devices right click in the boxes area.

    c. check 'view turned off and disconnected devices '.

    d. Select speaker, then on the right click lower properties check the settings for the active device usage and so on.

Also do same thing to configure at the bottom left of this box.

    Step 2:

Update of your sound card driver and check if the problem persists.
