  I see that you have problems printing.  I would try to help!

  First of all, I would say uninstalling the software of the printer.

  Once it is uninstalled, I suggest you put your system in clean boot mode in the configuration of Microsoft.  You can do this by following this document: How to perform a clean boot in Windows.

  Once the computer is in clean boot mode, I would suggest to reinstall the HP printer install wizard for Windows.

  3210 for Mac (OS X 10.6.8) software has been updated yesterday. I now have problems when printing and scanning. After printing/scanning 1 page, the printer reports a paper jam problem and prints an extra page with (only) the number "2" in this topic or '2345 X' on it. There is no paper jam, and even after deleting a print job, the printer stops and then restarting it, it still shows the same error page. This problem started just after the update, I guess there is a problem with the update.

  I suggest that you try to reset the printing system and also fix permissions of the drive (via disk utility). Then add the printer again to print & Fax and printing test.

  I hope someone can help me with my problem.

  I created an account of HP ePrint for my all-in-one HP Envy 120 printer and then changed the address of e-mail to something which I could easily remember.  So far so good.  However, as this printer could not copy or scan, I replaced it with another printer with the same details of the model.

  Then, I went on my HP ePrint account and deleted my original details of ist printer (as he has been appearing as offline and not connected) and added my new printer via the tab to add devices.

  The problem is, I want now to change this e-mail to my original email (easy to remember) address address but when I click on the option change Email, it is grayed out and cannot be changed.

  A specific ePrint address cannot be assigned to different devices... Your previous address can not be used on your new printer.

  You will need to select an email address unique for your new printer - sorry.

  Currently I have Pavilion TouchSmart 11 Notebook with 64-bit Windows 8.1 and series e-all-in-One HP Envy 4500.  I'll upgrade to 10 Windows and amazing that my printer still works with Windows 10 or I have to install a new driver in order for my printer working on the new operating system (Windows, 10).

  More likely, you will need to reinstall the drivers of HP after the operating system upgrade.

  You can try using the software and verify that it feature, if you experience problems, uninstall the HP software and reinstall the latest version of the software for windows 10 of HP.com.

  I seem to have a printing problem. You don't know if it started after a rescent Windows 7 update or not.

  Funny, this is the printer will print the pages in the HP maintenance program but does print not anything using the software Windows, even the properties of the printer, print test page.

  OK, finally got this problem. Did a google search and finally found someone who has exactly the same problem.

  I had to disable all security software, and set the control to the lowest setting (off) UAC Windows user account. Then, uninstall and reinstall the HP software.

  Not sure why this started all of a sudden, only thing that's happened to rescently was multiple 14 or so Windows 7 updates on close April 14, 2015.

  Well well after 5 days that I fixed it myself, same technical 1 Microsoft Support level could not repair after a 1 hour on the phone and connect remotely.

  I have a succesfully connected 7210 via the port USB of PC at home connected to the router & 'main' wireless (via ethernet cable).

  I also added successfully (with ease!) to Vista laptop for my daughter and she can print wireless very well.

  However, now try to install on my XP laptop that already has the driver installed (uses 6210 all-in-one on my place of work via USB) through "add a printer".

  Select the printer network OR local printer? What options to choose then? How can I know my printer name (or IP address) and port name?

  Try to do this:

  1 printer a network. configurtaion page  You can click on the SETUP (wrench) on your printer. Then search NETWORK and press OK. Search for VIEW the NETWORK SETTINGS, then press OK. Find the NETWORK SETUP PAGE and press OK. It will display the page of network configuration for you.

  2. search for the IP ADDRESS on the network configuration page.

  3. on your computer, choose LOCAL PRINTER and uncheck the box that says automatically detect printer attached to this computer, and then click Next.

  4. Select ADD A NEW PORT and chose TCP/IP.

  5. type the IP ADDRESS of the printer and follow the rest of the on-screen instructions.

  I understand that when you print from your Windows 8.1 computer to your HP Photosmart e-all-in-one printer D110a print jobs are coming in white. I would like to help you today with this printing problem. When you print from your computer, some files are sent to your printer as "image" files If your printer 'think' it prints an image, color ink may be used to enrich or to 'do' the dark. This can be misleading because your machine can really be confronted a black ink, problem of print, but you may think that your machine works great as always black appears in print. While in reality, it's just the ink to mix color to black. Therefore, at the beginning troubleshooting I'll have print you a standalone report diagnosis on the quality of your printer. This report will help us determine if this printing of the blank page problem is caused by your printers ink system or your computer. Can I please you follow the steps below.

  How to print a report of quality diagnostic:

  1. Load plain white paper in the input tray.
  2. Tap the button of the ATM () next to the icon of configuration () in the lower left corner of the control panel.
  3. Press arrow right () and select Tools, and then tap OK.
  4. Press arrow right () to select Print Quality Report, then tap OK. The printer prints the report.

  

  • If this report prints perfectly: Only the blank page printing problem isn't be caused by your printer. On the contrary, there may be a driver or a conflicts between your computer and your HP Photosmart camera setting. Can I have it please click here to download and run the HP print and scan of the doctor tool. Once the tool downloads, please run the tool to the "difficulty of printing." If connection, software or driver conflicts turns out that the HP print and scan of the doctor tool will attempt to resolve these conflicts for you.   • If this report does not print correctly:  That the problem you are experiencing is caused by the printing of your printer system.
