  -Secret function (undocumented) on firmware version (low pressing button more in combination with the wheel upwards at the same time) must be placed in the regular menu (say under menu of PARAMETERS such as the VERSION of the FIRMWARE.
  -Also autofocus (enabled/disabled) must exist in the menu
  -Combination of bottom more button and jog now could be used for manual focus adjustment (if auto-focus is turned off in the menu)

  I downloaded and updated firmware ER4.12 - E328 on my KDL 46v5100 connected to Frontier Motorola 7216 - 1 FIOS box via a HDMI cable. Sporadically, he loses the image and sound after the update.   The original video had problems with bad Soldered joints on the battery terminal wires. Sorry to say, this is what it looks like happened to yours. If you are adventurous and handy with a soldering tip fine iron (or know someone who is) you can probably fix it.

  You can Google "dismantling the Sansa Clip" and find all kinds of Youtube videos and other pictograms on the way to get it out without damaging it and put it back together.
